3 /5 nicole white: Food is always great and staff is very friendly but watch out if you try and follow through with a promo they are having. Currently they are offering a free appetizer if your waitress does not ask for you to purchase a gift card. Well long story short ours didnt so as we were leaving we mentioned it to a server because we couldnt locate ours and he went and have us a coupon to which the server we had yelled very rudely that we lied and she did ask us which was not true at all. I told the server if I would be getting my waitress in trouble I didnt even want the coupon anymore and he just told me to take it anyways. Very very rude considering we left our waitress with over a 30 percent tip for great service which after she called us a liar to save her own butt we should have taken back. Dont put up promos if youre not willing to follow through.

5 /5 Nancy Shumway: Plenty of seating when we arrived. The manager sat us. She was very kind and accommodating. We had a person in a wheelchair and she helped us navigate around the restaurant. The server was prompt to get to our table. She brought our drinks and appetizer quickly. The food came out quickly and was a good temperature. It tasted very good and the portions were generous. The drinks were refilled in a timely manner I utilized the bathroom. It was clean and also handicap accessible.

2 /5 Robert P: This particular Applebee’s is not one of the better ones that we’ve visited. Very soon after our appetizers were served, dribs and drabs of our order hit the table making it a bit crowded. Everyone at our table were served at different times leaving some of us watching our food get cold until the rest of the order came out. (Only 4 of us BTW) In fact, my meal was brought to the table in two separate stages (Chicken and Waffle Fries). The chicken showed up first and just about half way through the fries showed up. You’ll want to be very careful when washing your hands because the water is scalding hot! Keep an eye on the little ones because they can easily get burned!

3 /5 Dre Alexandre: Usuallv I dont have anv issues with this place besides the fact that they never come out to carside to-go like theyre Supposed to. The food is normally great and the service is usuallv solid. But tonight 11/29/2025. Was absolutely ridiculous. I ended up sitting outside in the freezing cold for an extra 45 minutes because they handed my entire order to the wrong person. They had to remake everything from scratch. How about verifying who youre giving food to before just tossing bags at people? And to make things worse, when the girl at the counter told the manager in the gray shirt what happened, the manager literally threw her hands up, said "It wasnt me,"and just walked off. Completely unprofessional. No apology, no ownership, nothing. I had my dog with me since it was supposed to be a quick 5-minute pickup, so I couldnt even wait inside. I finally get home. and guess what? They STILL messed up the order. They gave me the toppings for my garlic mashed potatoes-but no potatoes. Instead I got coleslaw we dont even eat. The mozzarella sticks were burnt, and they forgot my honey mustard and my blue cheese. Honestly, tonight was a disaster from start to finish
