Applebees Grill + Bar - (Near Pottstown, PA)

1 /5 Dominique Rose: 12/31 came in for lunch with my son. Restaurant wasn’t busy and was sat at a booth. I think they called it table “12.” Waitress clearly saw me and my son and even looked at us and didn’t say a word like “I’ll be right with you” nothing like that. Saw her give service to another table that had come in AFTER we did. I know this because when I came in, an older woman was sitting in the waiting area. I’m not one to go for the prejudiced button without knowing much but I was the only WOC there besides a woman who was there with a disabled white woman. I have worked in this industry for over 16 years and have been judged by my appearance, so it wasn’t anything new. I took my son over to Chili’s and got very good customer service. Never know who you’re waiting on. It is important to treat everyone with respect.

1 /5 Revenge of the Apocalypse: Let’s be clear. Been here a few times and only once was my wife’s and i’s pasta actually cooked right. Gave this place multiple chances, but when you can’t cook a noodle how do I expect you to properly cook a frozen steak? Ah yes that’s right. Be advised that all items served are frozen, nothing is fresh or homemade. Thankfully we had a waitress that was actually honest with us, I also hear the kitchen is a complete mess and is disgusting except when they are notified of inspections! Talk about a health hazard! And they also allow the cooks to show up to work and preform their duties sick! Yea never again. I’ll never spend another dime at ANY Applebees after this! One bad Apple spoiled the bunch!

3 /5 JaZell: I Typically Don’t Have Many Issues with this Applebees food is normally Great and service is normally wonderful foods hot and all. The one Thing thats was good was the appetizer. I placed an online order, Once I started to eat my fries where dry as in the inside potato was just dry, The ribs didn’t have much BBQ sauce on them and I ordered bbq Ribs, My Chicken Tenders where okay just a little hard, and it kinda looks like they just threw everything on top had to move the fries to see the tenders & Rib’s.

2 /5 Thomas Ronneberg: I was alone and sat at the bar for a beer and a quick eat. I waited 5 minutes for the bartender to appear and take my order. When I got my order, the bartender disappeared again. The Alfredo had Alfredo no sauce and I waited for over 5 minutes for my bartender to show up again. Not once did she ask how things were or offer to rectify the issue. I received the following dish,ensuring that there was "extra Alfredo" on it. I will never go there again.

5 /5 Tony Hess: Had a great meal at this Applebees. I had a well prepared bacon cheeseburger with yummy fries. My wife had a well cooked grilled chicken with green beans and mashed potatoes. My granddaughter had a chicken corn dog with vanilla yogurt and strawberries. Our server John was very attentive and all so pleasant person. The restaurant was clean and welcoming. Looking forward to going again
