5 /5 Sue Dukeman: My husband &I frequent this Arby’s a lot …however our last few visit were not at the least good!We had a visit on Monday the 19th ,2025.We waited for about 10 minutes for the manager to figure out why the register went down until she asked another employee to come help her.We then . Ordered and waited for our food.we both ordered the Ham & Swiss meal
As I opened my sandwich I noticed a burnt smell and took off the bottom side of the roll and saw the roll was brunt to extreme!Why would you still serve this to a customer when it clearly ruined ?I couldn’t even eat it at this point..so my husband took it up to the front and they were not at all what or why we wanted another one???They did end up replacing it.As for the food,the fries are the only thing that is ever hot..not even warm ,never hot!?So disappointed in the service at this Arby’s..will need to find another place to support for a fast food meal!!
