Linda Varvel **Don’t sleep on the fish tacos** I hit up Bakersfield while in Pittsburgh for a work trip. I sat at the bar and was greeted warmly by the bartender who took time to share his personal recommendations with me. I ordered the short rib queso, two tacos, and a salad. For the salad I had the small “Willie” and it was a great option - crunchy, fresh, and a nice dressing. The small was also a lot of salad for the money! For the tacos I had the short rib taco, and the fish taco. I personally loved the fish taco and would have had two of those over the short rib taco had I known how delightful the fish taco would be (crunchy fish, fresh slaw on top…yum!). I paired both tacos with the Bakersfield house made hot sauce. I also enjoyed a honey dew margarita with my meal. I have to say, I thought about that margarita all day the following day. Such great flavor, and freshness. I can’t say enough good about this place. If you’re in Pittsburgh , find it and eat there.

Pep Cavaliere Went for lunch with 6 coworkers. Food was fantastic. Everyone had something different. Noone had a complaint. Service was excellent. Open and comfortable spaces. Price was very reasonable.

Gi Do Its in a residential neighborhood so at first I thought my GPS had gone haywire. You cant really tell its a restaurant until youre right on it. The outside dining area was really nice with good music. The food was delicious. I will definitely go back next year when Im in that area.

Denise Lu Definitely a strong recommendation from me. Place is deep once walk in, they have a big room at the back and it’s very nicely designed. Foods are fantastic if lamb noodle and kabab are top quality and very authentic UZ flavor. Dessert is delicious though a bit too sweet. I like their service, more like family style.

Mike I’m currently sitting at the table as I write this review, the breakfast for my wife and I was so incredibly amazing, I felt compelled to write this as I finish my Bloody Mary. I had the sausage and biscuits, my wife had the tiramisu French toast. You can’t go wrong with either choice. I would imagine any choice on the Menu will satisfy your hunger. We will be back again. Alyssa, you were a great server, perfect amount of attention to our needs while not being overly tentative.

Brandy Franco First time at The Flying Egg in Bethlehem. We fell in love with the food and the atmosphere. Their Bloody Mary was the best in the Valley, hands down. This place is a must, and is a new go-to for delicious breakfast. Make a reservation! This place is hoping!
