The food was incredible as always. We had a large group (15 people). The people at our table were constantly out of drinks and had to walk up to the bar multiple times to get something. It felt as though the server did not care at all as they were automatically getting 20% gratuity because it was a large group.
This is exactly why I despise the automatic gratuity. It was not deserved. We couldn’t even get the basics.

Thank you for taking the time to read my review. To gaslight me and say that my honest "review doesnt reflect the service that was provided" is disturbing. I did not see you around our table, but I was actually there. My husband had to go to the bar to get a coke refilled twice, as we hadnt seen the server in over 20+ minutes, and another member of our party had to go up to the bar at least twice for a beverage because again, we hadnt been attended to by the server in a long time. My stepdad also had to go to the bar for a refill and so did my sister. So that is at least 6 drinks at six separate occasions that this had occurred. I know how the service went as I was actually the customer at the table. If you were so present maybe you couldve stopped in to see how our table was doing?
You say "Honest Feedback is always welcome, but its equally important that the full effort of our staff is recognized, especially when theyve delivered attentive, quality service". Its very clear that honest feedback is NOT in fact welcome. As that is all this was. I did recognize the full effort of your staff. I acknowledged that the food was incredible as always and that the atmosphere was great. However, I will not lie and say that her service was great when I do not feel as that was true. She was extremely polite and helpful .... when she showed up. The issue here is that she was nowhere to be found multiple times when drinks needed refilled.
I think this dismissive response from the owner of this establishment is extremely discouraging to those who are trying to provide honest reviews and feedback for you to reflect on and grow as a company.
As for reviews, no one’s leaves a review when the service is normal and is exactly what is expected. Only when something makes someone feel passionate enough to write. Whether that be negative or positive .
Im disgusted with how many different ways youve tried to describe me as liar. Im sorry that a simple honest review was lost on you.
