The cuisine was exceptional—beautifully prepared, flavorful, and worth every bite. The ambience struck the perfect balance between elegant and welcoming, and the live music elevated the entire experience, creating a warm, celebratory vibe without being overwhelming. Our waiter, Tyler, was outstanding. His attentiveness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality made us feel incredibly special throughout the evening. The thoughtful birthday decor and handwritten card from the restaurant were such a classy, personal touch and really showed how much Eddie V’s values their guests. This was more than a dinner—it was an experience. I couldn’t have chosen a better place to celebrate such a milestone. Highly recommend for special occasions or anytime you want top-tier service, atmosphere, and food.

5 /5 Colin Watkins: Had our NYE dinner here at Eddie Vs. Ive gotta say, I think this is the best restaurant in Pittsburgh. Our drinks were fantastic. The service was on point(ask for Ian, polite, funny and attentive) and the food was excellent. The bar area was jumping with a wonderful live band. Thanks for a great night, we will definitely be back. If you are looking for a night out special occasion this is your spot. Cheers!

5 /5 TyLisa Johnson: Eddie Vs was a marvelous experience top to bottom! We went to celebrate and they matched the energy x1000 with the food, drinks and service. This wasnt my first time, and it definitely wont be my last. The food & drinks were unforgettable. Im actually still thinking about the truffle Mac & Cheese days later. We had oysters, all of which were good but the Moon Light Bay were plump with a perfect brine for me! The tuna crispy rice was sooo delicious, it almost had a croquette quality. The tuna had a fantastic freshness and sashimi-like quality. the tiny dollop of wasabi was smooth, almost like it was whipped. The halibut was so wonderfully cooked: tender and moist it was flaking and sliding apart at the same time. Id also recommend the Brussel sprouts! The 24K cocktail was a 10/10! Get this, especially if you like grand marnier. I also enjoyed the espresso martini and would recommend. Our waiter Chris provided stellar service and made the experience unforgettable. The ambiance was magnificent: A talented live band and singer, mood lighting and gorgeous decor and detailssss for days. Loved Eddies! 10/10 will definitely be back!

5 /5 Hannah Di Cicco: I had a special celebration planned at Eddie v’s and it was perfect! Olga at the front desk helped me with securing our special booth for my fiancee and I. She organized rose petals and champagne for the table in advance! Our server Marvin was incredible and took amazing care of us for the 4 hours we were there from our table to moving to the bar area for live music. The food was good and they included a special dessert for our celebration. It’s a special treat to come here and I appreciate how easy they made our celebration!

4 /5 Olivia McCracken: Just leaving from my birthday and it was very nice for the first time great desserts. Lobster was a bit tough and flavorless and the steak but it was not bad. Sides were good mashed potatoes looked like they sat for a while as they were hard on top and not creamy nothing came out hot or even warm at all which was disappointing for spending 209$ not including tip. All in all steak was alright my fiancé enjoyed his and great mock tails ! Thanks for the recommendation!!! Lovely date and spot for a celebration thank you to our server Autumn !! They could also use some new table decor and dust off their lighting live jazz was not bad but it’s not appeasing to listen to when trying to have a nice conversation or celebrating maybe if you’re in the mood to hear it, it won’t be bad. Not exactly my definition of fine dining but it was still very nice for the first time and a good experience.
