5 /5 Maggie Wheeler: I absolutely love this place. I have a severe gluten allergy and I have eaten here several times with no problems. They have outdoor seating that is very nice even suitable when the weather isn’t giving summer vibes. Everything I’ve had here is delicious. They only fry gluten free foods in the fryers, so the wings and fries are all gluten free. This alone had me thrilled, not a single place in Indiana has separate fryers. I rarely get the chance to experience having a meal at a restaurant with friends or family anymore so this is a treat! They also have amazing GF wood fired pizza, which is the best thin crust pizza I’ve ever had (including before I had this allergy ha). Everything is incredible! I also tried the basil chicken with goat cheese, oh my goodness, so good. I cannot say enough good things about this restaurant. At El Diablo, they go above and beyond. Nearly all of the meals are prepared gluten free and everything is labeled on the menu. Amazing.

4 /5 Kurt Blose: The food here was pretty phenomenal. The gochujang cauliflower was awesome, the mushroom pizza was just as good and the mixed drinks were solid. My one complaint was the staff. Outside of our waitress (Patty, I think) the staff there seemed very grumpy and disgruntled. Enough that it almost felt unwelcoming from the moment you walk in the door.

4 /5 88 Keys: Service and atmosphere, is supreme. Food was fabulous! The only slight-gripe was in particular the steak sandwich (image) - flank was cooked perfectly as ordered, however the sandwich surprisingly lacked flavor. Well be back as the experience was great and every other plate we seen looked amazing, just hope the mention to the waitress was relayed (not in complaint), and the sandwich is improved upon.

3 /5 Nisa Sabdarali: The restaurant was definitely nice and the servers were really friendly. Service felt a bit rushed but we definitely enjoyed the atmosphere. Was expecting the food to be really good but was kind of disappointed. The Nashville hot chicken was not “hot” at all. There was an odd sweet taste to it. The burger was decent and the salad was good. Will go back to try the pizza but the food I tried was average.

5 /5 Dane: 5 Stars - A Fiery Gem: El Diablo is a Must-Visit! El Diablo delivers an experience that is truly almost perfect. From the moment you step inside, you are immersed in a very unique and beautiful atmosphere that elevates the entire dining experience. The restaurants design is thoughtfully executed, providing a large and inviting indoor dining area as well as a great outdoor seating area for warmer evenings. A standout feature is their large, private event room—a stunning space enclosed with windows that makes it ideal for any special gathering. Exceptional Food & Drink The food is the heart of El Diablo, and they excel here. Everything we ordered was hot, fresh, and arrived reasonably fast, a testament to their efficient kitchen. While they offer a wide array of options, their specialty is clearly the pizza, which is baked in a large, central wood-fired oven. The sheer number of creative pizza options alone is enough to warrant a return visit! The bar offers another unique touch with both beer and wine on tap—yes, wine on tap!—which is a fun, modern feature. Wonderful Service The outstanding service rounded out the evening perfectly. A special thank you to our server, Savanah, for her wonderful service and attentive, friendly demeanor. The Only Small Hurdle The single drawback to an otherwise flawless experience is the parking situation. The lot is quite small, offering only about a dozen spaces, and its proximity to a highly traveled road makes it genuinely difficult to navigate. Guests should plan for this minor inconvenience. In Summary: Despite the parking issue, El Diablo is a highly recommended dining destination. I look forward to returning soon to dive deeper into their menu.
