Trena Hill Im visiting Pittsburgh from NY and I googled Carribean Food. Although it was a 20 minute drive from my hotel... the food is worth the trip. Nicole is very welcoming as you enter her restaurant. I ordered the oxtail dinner and the barbi fried chicken. Both meals were delicious.

David Lee Very surprised for the quality - exceeded my expectations by far! This place easily would hold its own in NYC or Philly. Highlights of our meal- chicken empanadas, scallops, steak tartare, and ravioli. This is the place to come with a group, order a lot of different things, and have an excellent slow meal with friends.

Hannah Knott The gluten free crust was flakey and different than any other pizza I have had. The sauce was tomato-y without any acidity. I’m very happy. I think it will be soggy and need to use a fork for my leftovers but it will still taste great.

Mike Elward 1st time here since renovation. Pleasant staff. Took time to read menu. Couple things stood out. Green Mountain decaf coffee and fresh doughnuts, decaf coffee was hot and flavorable made as requested usually 2 cream 2 sugar. Oh for the days of regular coffee, anyway, thankfull for a good cup of decaf. I confirm, decaf was hot and tasty. Ordered Boston cream and jelly doughnuts, both fresh using Curry doughnuts great product . After ordering coffee and doughnuts we left for Ritter Cider Mill about 30 miles away and enjoyed coffee and doughnuts a long the way. Before we left Coopers Express, we said we would return for the chicken, Intent on having chicken for lunch we stopped again at Coopers Express and observed that, 1 sandwich and 3 types of box dinners options are available . Multiple sauces and seasoned fries very tasty. Chicken had a pleasant mild spice, touch pepper juicy and tender chicken batter coating was just right. Definitely repeat vist to Coopers Express is warranted great place to get good food. Check it out you wont be disappointed. One last thing chicken made to order take those few minutes waiting to relax to your favort tunes.
