What Clients Are Saying Firefly Pizza and Grill (GG)
5 /5 Chelsea Lugone: The pizza is DELICIOUS! Definitely 5 star worthy - perfect crust, sauce and ratio of everything including cheese! The owners were very friendly and checked in to make sure we were enjoying our food. We will definitely be repeat customers!
1 /5 Tessa Wheeler: Disappointing. Pizza was severely undercooked. Given wrong order after getting a call that they gave our order away and were out of some ingredients. Pizza is sloppy and too thin. Owner was rude when we asked for a refund for terrible incorrect food. Such a bummer the other pictures looked so good. This is not.
5 /5 Wendy Robinson: This is how all pizza used to taste. The owner said he buys the best cheese and flour on the market. Its superb. My new spot. Glad it caught my eye.
5 /5 Brian Martini: Firefly pizza, formally Vincencos Pizza, has new ownership. We enjoyed Vincencos , and now we LOVE FIREFLY. The pizza was cooked to our liking, and the crust was delicious. The new owner is very accommodating. We like our pizza thin and well done, and the owner made it perfection. The Menu offers several specialty pizzas, we are going to try the margaritas pizza next visit.
Judi Hubler The soup dumplings are delicious! Thats what we went in for. Theyre just as good as China Town in Vegas. My husband had the spicy wonton soup and he said it was very good but it wasnt spicy. They may have brought him the regular wonton soup by mistake. I tried the broth and loved it! Well definitely go back.
Macy Delicious food! We cant wait to come back and try more. The space is modern & comfortable. Loved the flowers on each table and general decor. We tried the Huli Huli Chicken and Steak Frites and both were full of flavor and cooked perfectly. We just wish the portions were bigger. More fries with the steak wouldve definitely made it worth the cost and my chicken couldve used a bit more veggies side. Going up to the bar to order is a bit awkward as then the seat you chose isnt saved while your gone. Im surprised they dont use QR codes to order from your table. That way people can still order without a server and without leaving their seats. We had to ask if we had to go back up to the bar to pick up the food or if it would be brought over. They use table service for everything except ordering which we have never experienced before.
Nichole Fausey Best place hands down for coffee and best doughnuts I’ve ever had in my life. Doughnuts are massive… a full meal!
I love that it’s a Christian coffee shop and they have scripture on the walls, and play Christian music.
They have a large menu of drinks and food, but my order is usually just a medium drip.
If I could change anything it would be that they’d have at least one organic option in every category. At the very least one organic coffee.
The powdered sugar angel/vanilla cream doughnut is incredible. And, by the way… DD no longer offers that doughnut.
My daughter loves the matcha latte and croissant sandwiches.
Rachel Curry What started out as a not so great experience took a quick turn for the best. Unfortunately the hostess wasn’t the most welcoming, kind, or helpful. After being seated and waiting for about 20 minutes, no one had come over to the table. We asked the hostess if we could get some help and she came over herself. She was barely audible and asked what we wanted- I told her the first drink and she stood and stared for about 2 minutes. We then decided to go. THEN the most WONDERFUL waitress stopped us and told us that our meal would be comped. I unfortunately didn’t get her name (she’s the owner/owner’s daughter). She was an absolutely sweetheart and totally took care of us. Food was wonderful! And service was even better! The experience was totally turned around and made right and we of course left her a nice tip. Thank you so much- we’ll surely be back!
