Fusion Japanese Steak House - (Near Washington, PA)

5 /5 Dan Galvin: I have a fusion near my house so when I travel I know what to expect. I came after 9pm when they close at 10 pm. Many Japanese steak places will not seat individual diners if no other customers are around. I had the whole place to myself except a gig delivery driver. I have never had hibachi cooked for me alone it was very refreshing to interact so much with the chef. I didnt expect any kind of show but he was very cool and fun. The gimmicky music is really a nice touch. we joked a lot as he played a whole variety he might not have done in a full group. I am always happy to have leftovers for lunch next day, and I was full and still will eat well next day. The salad dressing is my favorite of these places. Soup was good, not needing to be anything but that. Ginger sauce was thin and flavorful. Yumyum is a bit different from other places. I really enjoyed it.

5 /5 Chad Coffman: The staff were all super friendly and accommodating. Met my mother for our Thanksgiving meal since she was leaving for Texas. The Chef was super funny and entertaining. I highly recommend and well definitely be back!

2 /5 Sammy Grrl24: My family came here last night for my two teenagers Birthdays this visit was pretty dispointing me and my husband were just here on Valentines day and it was great. Yesterday certain proteins ( steak, fillet, and shrimp) were off my son got chicken (the chicken was fine) daughter ordered steak, me and my husband ordered the Samurai and added sides of steak and shrimp. And the fillets and steaks were so tiny my husband asked the chef and he just kinda laughed it off (I wish I would of took a picture of them on grill) then he cut them into even Tinier pieces. The shrimps where also very small and deformed looking. We have been coming here for years regularly and this was a very different experience then what we are used to. The fillet also had a fish taste (like it was sitting in a container with fish) which was really weird. I did not want to complain and mess up my kids Birthdays. But this particular time was bad.

5 /5 Mariah C: Went to fusion last night for birthday dinner with my family and had a great time. Our waitress Nora was amazing, she was attentive and kind to whole table. There was some outage in the washington area so that affected payments for the restaurant but it was fine. Between us and our waitresses other tables she was helping other workers and was just doing a great job handling the situation. Will definitely be coming back and hopefully having the same waitress! (The sushi and bar drinks are great!)
