Levi Dixie Came here with friends, girlfriend to celebrate a birthday. The fries are crisp and have a nice subtle crunch, extremely delicious. I got the platter and the scallops were cooked well, the shrimp was outstanding, cod was great too. Coleslaw was a nice side to have. I added a piece of perch for $3 bucks and I am glad I got it because it was delicious. I forgot what sauce I got. I also ordered Bing Bing shrimp and it was sweet and spicy, but the heat was not an over bearing need water heat. The star of the show was the crab cakes. Last place I got delicious crab like that was in New York and Hilton Head. Food is homestyle quality. OH, and the raspberry iced tea was the best. I would say more side dishes should be added like a mac & cheese or green beans or both.

Jonathon Kuzma Best BBQ place in the area! Great atmosphere with awesome views of the river. The food is phenomenal, especially the ribs and brisket, which were cooked perfectly. The cornbread is moist and so tasty, definitely one of the best sides on the menu. And the views of the Susquehanna River from up on the hill make the whole experience even better. Highly recommend!

Allen Musselman One of the best Thai Restaurants Ive ever been to!! Service was awesome and Swee is an awesome waitress!! The green curry is very flavorful and at a nice spice level that I like. Their Thai Tea is spot on and the Spring Rolls are delicious. I will definitely be coming back for more delicious Thai food and glad that there is something different in Altoona to go to to eat!

Chad Patrick Always a great place to grab a bite and a beverage. If you are looking for a “taste of Lebanon” The Gin Mill is where you can get that! Always great staff, great food and music on Saturdays. The Irish Egg is “egg”cellent, over a delectable serving of red cabbage gives you a taste of Lebanon with a touch of German and Irish roots in the area.
