The gym has a nostalgic, almost throwback feel to it — the kind of place that reminds you of a tight-knit community gathering spot from back in the day. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. While I was there, a young gentleman was in the middle of a training session near the river and even then, he and the team took the time to help me understand the menu and make me feel right at home.
It’s rare to find places like this anymore — simple, genuine, and rooted in that sense of neighborhood familiarity. If you’re ever in the area and want to experience something a little different from the usual polished chain establishments, this hidden gem is worth the visit.
