Kooma West Chester - (Near West Chester, PA)

2 /5 gianna june: Can’t wrap my head around paying to park for a restaurant that gives you a dining limit yet the service was so bad and slow that we had to extend parking, and went past their “limit”. Food was great but nothing excuses being sat and having no server, no water for over ten minutes (I am being generous about the ten. Could’ve been longer). We had to legitimately ask the hostess for a server. Not to mention being done our appetizers with no bite check, waiting extended amounts of time for boxes etc. I have worked in the service industry for years and I normally have a level of patience for a busy Saturday night. However, when you see the servers barely touching their tables, that is an issue you cannot ignore. I love this restaurant but please value your customers’ time. Management could be a huge issue here but who knows.

5 /5 Al .Martino: Haven’t been here in years and we had an amazing, affordable, delish, birthday dinner. From the hostess to the bartenders, wait staff and manager everything was exceptional. Thank you for making our dinner special!!

4 /5 Mitchell Conrad: The food was good and so was the waitstaff. Only issue was that they lost our reservation. They still got us seated right away but at a less ideal table location.

4 /5 Amy Rawlins: My first time to Kooma. We had a reservation and got right in on our designated time. Hostess was polite and seated us. Server was polite. However, didnt know the food menu very well. The restaurant was failry clean. This is not a place for a quiet meal, it is very loud and the lights and color scheme give a njght club vibe. The drink menu is very extensive, many martini options (around $13-15). The short rib appatizer were so good. Edamame appitizer was also very good. We had a part of 6, our drinks and appatizers came out quickly (under 15 minutes). When ordering dinner we asked the server about specific menu items, and he did not know the ingredients of certain dishes. Our meals came 45 minutes after ordering them (the place was busy but not packed. Our meals were warm (meals that were meant to be warm). The sushi was good, not the greatest, but still very good. Our server only came once after we got our meals, and we had to ask for more water. The bathroom was clean with an exception of 1st stall being clogged.

4 /5 Nathaniel Legg: Overall, I really enjoyed this restaurant and the service. My sister and I are both vegan, which can make ordering difficult at times. Unfortunately there is quite a lot of fish sauce in many of the dishes, but our server (Michael) was incredibly helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure that all of our food was vegan and fish sauce free. We had to change up our order a bit, and it honestly turned out amazing! The spicy kooma dish was very tasty, as was the mushroom soup. Would recommend! :)
