Shannon Franklin I just hosted my mom’s 70th birthday party at The Peanut Bar, and it could not have been more perfect! The staff were incredible from start to finish—organized, friendly, and so attentive to every detail. The buffet was delicious, fresh, and kept full the entire time, and our guests are still talking about how great everything was. The atmosphere was fun and welcoming, exactly what we hoped for on such a special day. Thank you, Peanut Bar, for helping make my mom’s milestone birthday unforgettable! Highly recommend for any event.

Justin Thomas This place is great. Not only is the food excellent but a great value. Service is awesome too. I got a meal. The Diet Coke had a satisfying crisp with nugget ice. The fries are fresh cut, perfectly fried, and perfectly salted. The burger is perfectly prepared with what tastes to be perfectly seasoned quality beef with a delightfully tangy pickle. I’d come every day if not for my waistband.

Michael Hansen This wonderful Restaurant serves the finest menu in York. The quality of every meal whether breakfast, lunch or dinner is heads above all the rest. The down home feeling when one arrives is what prevails daily with the quality of the food shining over everything. I so wish they were in my home town but well worth the 480 miles I drive to eat there about a dozen time each year. Thank you for being there.

Phoebe Wendell It was absolutely lovely! Staff was so kind and the food was delicious. We got the grand bell, the Constantine and the home fries. Perfect place for a first date!!

Cristen Hoagland-Easton This place always looks busy, but it worked out that we stopped today. $50 for 2 adults and 1 child. Service is great. We were immediately greeted and seated at a clean table. Server was there quickly. We had drinks right away. The table was already stocked with condiments- that were full. Our order was taken and perfectly executed. The food was delicious. It was a neat perfect experience. We were there about 3pm ish, by design so that it wasnt crowded. It was obvious to me theyre used to busy and seem to have everything under control. Even the parking lot was being cleaned as we left- that is such an important detail for me and shows the owner and staff have pride in their business. The menu has a lot of options and you can get breakfast after 11 am. We all left happy and full. Adding first place to our favorites list.

Christine Harlacher We shared an Italian hoagie and asked for it to be heated (grinder). It was delicious. The roll was fresh baked. Each of us also ordered a slice of Sicilian. Again very good with a crispy crust and lots of cheese.
