5 /5 Yvelisse Aquino: As a Dominican, I truly love supporting Dominican businesses, and I fell in love with this place the moment we walked in. The space is filled with so many Dominican touches that brought back pure nostalgia. From the sayings and pictures of our history painted on the walls to the explanations behind them, it was beautiful to see our culture and history represented so thoughtfully, and even better that others get to learn about our country through it. Dining in with my family was a great experience. Having the option to choose from the prepared food or order directly from the menu was a huge plus. Everything we ate was incredibly flavorful and clearly made with love. I didn’t just leave with a full belly, I left with a full heart. Truly a special place.

5 /5 Amilca Bautista: I am Dominican and I appreciate good Dominican food very much, being out of home and get to know this place which reminds me my Island and how grandmas cooks with love and heart was amazing. Please go and taste Dominican Republic’s flavors in every single dish and drink. Place decoration is another travel to DR, full of elements from our culture, definitely felt home at this place. Will repeat with no doubt.

5 /5 Elalevare: I’m Dominican and usually never go out to get Dominican food since I cook it at home but this time I didn’t feel like cooking, so I tried Maracas Dominican Restaurant. And wow, I was impressed! I had the fried fish with tostones and a pastelito, and everything was delicious. The fish was fried perfectly, crispy but not greasy, the tostones were fresh and crunchy, and the pastelito hit the spot and COMPLIMENTARY. The food tasted authentic, just like home, and the portions were generous. On top of that, the staff was friendly and made me feel welcome. For someone like me who usually doesn’t go out for Dominican food, Maracas really delivered. I’ll definitely be back!

5 /5 Kyle Dalrymple: From start to finish this was an amazing experience, stunning atmosphere, staff was very welcoming, and there mofongo was delicious. There is a back patio, juice bar, and dining area all with a very unique feel. You should ask about their Pure Pressed juices, they will get you feeling right!
