Melonis Restaurant - (Near Uniontown, PA)

mike spike I had the hot roast pork sandwich, my son had the loaded Mac n cheese without jalapenos, we shared mozz triangles and fries. Firstly, our server was excellent. When she and another server were plating the table next to us, a bag of chips fell on the floor and she quickly had it replaced with a new one. That shows commitment to high standards. I was unsure if I wanted something and our server brought me a sample- I ordered it. The food itself was great, better than expected- You are actually getting fine dining quality cooking here for modern bar-restaurant prices. I was impressed all around, which is rare these days and thats why Im writing this review. I will visit again when Im in the area.

Tonya Angel My sister and I took my mother who has alzheimers out for the day and wanted to try somewhere new. I had heard good things about the place so we tried. So glad we did. Our server Chelsea was outstanding. She was friendly and warm and made us feel right at home. The mushroom soup was great and the fish sandwich was very crispy. We will definitely be back!

Jaime Orr A group of 3 of us went on a Friday (around 4:30-5:00pm). It wasnt crowded but the crowd started to build as we were finishing up. We ordered a pretzel bite appetizer, BLT wrap, buffalo chicken sandwich, voodoo Mac balls, chicken Parm and fried funnel cake Oreos for dessert. Everything tasted fantastic. The pretzel bite appetizer was a bit on the small side (about 5 or 6 pretzel bites). The mustard dipping sauce it came with was really tasty though. We liked the voodoo Mac balls so much we ordered a second round of them. They had a lil bit of spice but nothing crazy. Mostly just delicious cheese. The buffalo chicken sandwich was a good sized filet. The chicken Parmesan dinner was also a good size. Very crisp, which I love.

Daniel Zappola Everything I’ve had there has been excellent, but I think the cheese raviolis are my favorite. They are over stuffed and so good. I hope one day they start selling them frozen so I can take them home and put my own sauce on them that would be excellent. Although I really do like their sauce also.

Etta Love this place! Even though it’s a chain, they still have great food! And service here was outstanding! We had the Woman bartender as our server and I was very impressed with her! Just enough chit chat and knowledge to make us feel at home!

theDSsucks I’ve never eaten here but I’ve hung out at the bar and downstairs in the exclusive cigar lounge. Sure the upstairs can feel a little in the “dive” side of the tracks but the cigar lounge is top of the line legit. Need to be a member or have a member for a friend. Weekdays you’ll have the place to yourself!
