Nardones - (Near West Pittston, PA)

5 /5 Gene Kern: Im in my 40s as of the time of this review, and I can remember going to Nardones for chili dogs with my dad when I was single digit years old. They were incredible then, and theyre incredible now, too! Nardones has a full diner menu that is also great, but my go-to is either the chili dogs or chili burgers (Im biased!). They also have incredible coffee and regular deals that are very affordable.

5 /5 Jason Yanchik: Update Review: 12.6.2025 Walked in to Nardones Restaurant and ordered the breakfast special being two eggs my way, dippy (Sunnyside Up), sausage, potatoes, and my choice of toast. You know I dont do coffee so I got my old favorites, a glass of OJ and some good ole moo juice. Was greeted professionally and welcomed, I like that. This was a delicious meal, eggs perfect, toast not over or under toasted, I loved those potatoes, crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. Check this place out if you have never been here before, if you have, cmon on back! Until next review, have a great day! Did a quick takeout today, I ordered 2 of their signature chili dogs with mustard and onion and a 3rd with mustard onions and relish. The relish was a green sweet relish, very tasty, the chili dogs were also delicious, the sauce not over spiced, nice and meaty with a good flavor and taste. These dogs had a good bun to dog ratio also. Now when I called the person who answered may have been having a bad day but sounded cranky, after telling her that I wanted to do a takeout she passed the phone to the cook. This person sounded very welcoming even though it was a takeout. Got a very good vibe even when I picked up my order from the side take out window. Will definitely be coming back in the future. Oh this place is cash only.

5 /5 Thom Pesta: Atmosphere is relative. If you’re looking for an old school diner with a limited but excellent menu this is it. Chili dogs, chili cheeseburgers gravy fries…they got em. If you’re looking for something vegan or with avocado go elsewhere. The atmosphere is one where everyone know everyone, and the locals eat, hang out, and reminisce about when the $3 chili dogs used to be $.50. Try it out. I felt like in was back in 1968

1 /5 danielle cristiano: Worst breakfast I have ever seen Couldnt even eat it. Eggs were slimy even though I asked for them scrambled hard. Toast had so much butter on it it was soggy. Bacon was no where near the way I ordered.
