Altamash Ahmed Whenever I’m in Harrisburg for work, one of our team’s go-to spots for a satisfying, flavorful meal is My Taste of India—and for good reason. This place feels like a warm invitation into a Punjabi home kitchen, with all the rich spices, comforting dishes, and genuine hospitality you’d hope for. Run by the amazing duo—Joe and his brother Joseph—the experience here is always personal and welcoming. They clearly take pride in what they serve, and it shows in every dish and every interaction. We’ve worked our way through much of the menu (yes, we’re those regulars), but this visit was especially epic. We ordered: Fried Masala Papad to kick things off with a crunch and a kick Egg Burji (a team favorite—flavor bomb!) Cholay, Daal, and Saag – hearty, well-spiced, and perfectly cooked & probably the best thing your taste buds will experience. Naan, Kulcha, and Makai ki Roti – fresh off the tandoor, pillowy and delicious Chicken Biryani – aromatic and packed with depth Tandoori Chicken – tender, juicy, and sizzling with smoky flavor Everything was incredible—fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with love and tradition. You can taste the roots of Punjab in every bite. The best part? The vibe. Joe and Joseph make everyone feel like family. The service is prompt, warm, and always accommodating—even when our group rolls in hungry and loud! If you’re craving authentic North Indian cuisine with heart, My Taste of India is a no-brainer. Whether you’re local or just passing through, this place is well worth the stop.

Brittany Cute spot during the day! Great dips and baked goods, beautiful store inside, kind staff. Would love to try dining here for dinner eventually - you need reservations well in advance to dine as you reserve “the table” for your groups meal! A staple in Kennett.

David Otto My first time stopping here and have not had Chinese food in a long time. Very glad I stopped here. Customer service was great and food was tasty and fairly priced. I ordered Orange Chicken and it came with rice and an egg roll. Rice choice is pork fried rice or white rice. I also had the egg drop soup which delicious. This is a “can’t go wrong” dish for the price and I am looking forward to trying more of their food. If you want Chinese food, go there!

Karyn Rubright My fiancé and I just moved to the area and were looking for a new place to check out and watch football when we came along this gem. I had the carnita tacos and he had the fish sandwhich. Both meals were tasty and the fries were crispy! The caramel cheesecake is really good too! Also loved how the tacos were packed with meat. Nice and attentive service. We will definitely be back to try the wings.

Daniel Jones Wingstop is always amazing — the wings are crispy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection every time. The fries and ranch are unbeatable and make the meal complete. The staff is friendly, and the service is always fast and reliable. Every visit is a great experience full of good food and good vibes!
