Samantha N. I mean this in the nicest way, I promise lol but it definitely gives off laid back, "dive bar" vibes. Like, there are regulars in there that the staff knows well. But they are also super welcoming to new people. Our first time there, was great and we plan to make it a weekly stop. Food was AMAZING!! Our waitress was so sweet and funny. It was good vibes all around.

Ivan P Thank you to the Fellini Café for hosting “A Night in Rome” with the accordion performer Nick D. My father absolutely loves accordion music and it was a special night out with the family. The food was excellent - long hots, risotto, pumpkin ravioli and shrimp, the steak(cooked perfectly) cheesecake and limoncello flute. Bonus points for gluten free options. We will be back!

Jay I stopped in here during the car show. I tried a few different varieties of empanadas and they were all excellent. They were completely filled with meat and cheese unlike most places that hardly put anything in them. Service was great as well.

Cody Kowalick Simply the best wings in NEPA. The food and drinks are amazing and the staff always deliver the highest quality of service. If you have Maura, Tiffany, Emily Ann, or Lisa as your server you’re definitely in good hands! I also love to see how the decorations change as the holidays come and go. Can’t recommend R Bar enough! You need to visit!

Micah McLellan Great place for our team to meet up for dinner. Really kind service, past service, delicious food. Quite the variety on the menu as well! Theres a game room, a lot of seating for large groups, and it happened to be "guess the movie from the theme song" night, so we had fun with that as well. I got a spicy chicken salad, cant remember the name of it but it was really great! Wing sauce chicken salad maybe? Good stuff!
