Rachel Curry What started out as a not so great experience took a quick turn for the best. Unfortunately the hostess wasn’t the most welcoming, kind, or helpful. After being seated and waiting for about 20 minutes, no one had come over to the table. We asked the hostess if we could get some help and she came over herself. She was barely audible and asked what we wanted- I told her the first drink and she stood and stared for about 2 minutes. We then decided to go. THEN the most WONDERFUL waitress stopped us and told us that our meal would be comped. I unfortunately didn’t get her name (she’s the owner/owner’s daughter). She was an absolutely sweetheart and totally took care of us. Food was wonderful! And service was even better! The experience was totally turned around and made right and we of course left her a nice tip. Thank you so much- we’ll surely be back!

AMYS DOCKSIDE BAR AND GRILL - South Williamsport

Jim Petrecca We ate here as a suggestion from the hotel staff and weren’t disappointed! The food was yummy, my beer was cold and my wife’s martini, excellently made. We enjoyed the helpful staff and will definitely be back! We did four stars on atmosphere because the TV by us was on the nature channel and had bugs on that do well as an appetizer. Otherwise the music was fun and being by the water and train tracks was a bonus.

Anisa Absolute perfection! Servers are friendly and accommodating. We dined here twice while staying at Tara and both meals were exceptional! Our steaks were tender, juicy and cooked to perfection. The atmosphere was romantic and casual. Honestly, one of the best dining experiences Ive ever had!

My Loup - Philadelphia

Alisha I was invited to My Loup in Philly by some very cool friends who wanted me to try their incredible delicacies, and it was an unforgettable New Year’s Eve experience. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere felt elegant, sophisticated, and festive, perfectly setting the tone for a special celebration. Abigail Zhou I went there for their happy hour on Monday. The oyster costs $1 each. I think it’s worth the price and it tastes super fresh!

The Refinery - Pittston

Rating: 4.9 /5
Bob Chepalonis We recently dined at The Refinery with my wife and daughter on a Saturday night, and it lived up to the hype. We had a later reservation at 9:00 p.m., which wasn’t easy to get—this place is very popular for good reason. Being open for only about a year or so, it has already built a strong reputation for excellent food and a great dining experience. We started with a couple of drinks, and one thing that immediately stood out was the complimentary appetizer they bring to the table. It included beans, peppers, mozzarella cheese, and olives, and it was simple but very well done and full of flavor. We also ordered the focaccia appetizer, which they are well known for, and it absolutely lived up to expectations—fresh, warm, and delicious. For dinner, we ordered a margarita pizza, which was excellent, and I split a pasta dish featuring pork cheek, while my wife had the pumpkin-stuffed pasta. Both pasta dishes were outstanding, well-prepared, and perfectly portioned. Every bite showed the quality and care put into the food. The waitstaff was excellent—attentive, efficient, and respectful of our time. Drinks were served promptly, dinner came out quickly, and we were in and out within about 50 minutes, which was impressive for a busy Saturday night. The only thing we took home was a slice of pizza. Highly recommended.
