Pancake Farm - (Near Ephrata, PA)

5 /5 Thompson Robert (Language): It was good and the vibe was young and old but the place was full of life. Arrived on a Weekend morning to a packed house but sat immediately. I had coffee, omelette of the meat w/hash browns, sourdough toast (that was amazingly delicious) and a stack of pancakes. Everything was above satisfactory and the staff took care as soon as a plate was finished and refilled when my coffee had gotten light. Overall I would stop here anytime for eats.

4 /5 Annie Lin: fun local brunch place. wasnt crazy impressed by the ultimate pancakes (strawberry/banana/blueberry) but the chicken waffle benny and banana bread french toast were yum. very cozy and inviting inside

3 /5 Deanna: Stopped here for the first time Saturday morning as I was told they had really good breakfast. It’s a smaller building so we had to wait about 10 minutes for a table which was fine. Our server was kind but because of how busy it was, we felt a bit rushed. She brought our check while we were still eating. Not a deal breaker by any means but doesn’t exactly make you feel like staying. The pancakes were fine. Eggs and hashbrowns were a little undercooked. Too “wet” for me. My daughter’s homefries were undercooked too. Sausage was good. Toast was barely toasted and lathered in butter so much that I couldn’t even put jam on it without the bread breaking. Our whole experience felt rushed and the food felt it was cooked that way too. I’ll definitely go back and try it again as the building is cool and I like the small town feel to it, but my first impression overall wasn’t anything to write home about.

5 /5 Ryan Scheib: Never disappointed! Love getting the different pancakes they have there. Service is friendly and timely. Its nice to see some the fun farm wall art and veteran pictures around the ceiling. Not a whole lot of seating for how popular it gets on the weekends. but given the size of the building what else would one expect. Definitely worth a stop in.
