5 /5 Sharon Stratton: Fast and friendly service in a festive atmosphere! Victor was our server. They have a nice variety of things on the menu and we enjoy different dishes. Today we got table side guacamole and it was excellent. The enchilada Texicano was a lunch special and it was filled with seasoned steak, shrimp and chicken. The meal was filling and the blanco sauce was good. I will be ordering that again. Plenty of free parking by the door. We will be back.

1 /5 Sailor Moon: I saw at least 12 roaches on the ground scuttling around and there were many ant under my seat. There were unknown bug on the table. The food was mediocre at best. The churros were soggy.My rice was barely cooked. I wouldn’t consider going here, just my opinion. Also the menu is ai which is so far a bad look to anyone browsing for restaurants if you have to use Ai to generate images of your food and not take pictures it counts as a VERY bad look. The worst thing that happened there was there was a MEATAL wire in my chicken. I realized after I left and had to go to the ER. If I could put zero stars I would.waiters speak minimal English. I would not recommend.

4 /5 Naor Wallach: Aug 2025 update ==> Came with a party of 8. Menu has changed some items. We missed one item that we really liked, but tried the Chile Relleno (Loaded) which was good and one of the new chicken dishes. The chicken was pounded very thin so it was cooked too long on the grill and ended up being dry. The same problem affected the grilled fish tacos. Other then that though, it was still very tasty and the staff is still amazing. ================================================= This is a huge space that will accommodate either very large parties or many smaller ones. It is at least the second outpost of this national chain in the Pittsburgh area and features the same menu to be found in all of them. The only thing i noticed that was different was the page size. Servers were friendly, fast, and efficient. The table side guacamole cart was well stocked and the man making it knew his business. He made the adjustments we asked for with no problems. Food came out fast, was tasty, and was not too expensive. So while this is definitely a chain, whats not to like? May 2021 Update: Went again, now that COVID restrictions are being lifted and had a wonderful meal. Domingo was an absolute gem with his sense of humor and catering to our needs. Food was excellent as well. Definitely our favorite Mexican restaurant in the area!

5 /5 Jesse Weight: This Mexican place is sooooooo good! I’m not the biggest fan of Mexican food in general. But plaza azteca is on an another level. I got the burrito Texano (steak, chicken and shrimp) … best burrito I have ever had in my life. No joke! The restaurant is very clean and well decorated and the staff is really friendly and fast. What more can you ask for! A+ all the way around.

5 /5 chloe 1818: This place looked super busy, however we found good parking, a once we were inside, we were seated so quickly! Our waitress was excellent she provided great service, brought out refills fast, and checked up on us frequently. Not to mention our food came out very quickly for it being so busy, and it was up to standards. Very impressed and will be back!
