5 /5 Season Jackson: We held our wedding at Rikasa on NYE. Our vision was for an old Hollywood style NYE party for about 75 people and the location did not disappoint! We worked with Liz as our coordinator and she was wonderful. She was wonderful to work with and made sure that we stayed on track with our timeline for planning and that we didnt miss any details. It really was a wonderful experience. The food was amazing and the atmosphere was top notch. We had so many compliments on the location, staff, food and the drinks. 10/10 would do it again.

5 /5 Josh Perillo: When you are planning a wedding, there is so much to think about. Planning our wedding ourselves, we had communication with the event planner and manager who helped every step of the way. They offered referrals and contacts, as well as built the itinerary that would create the bliss that we will feel for years to come. The staff kept everyone taken care of from the cocktail hour to the last dance at the reception. The food service was wonderful. They served every guest from a buffet that we personally chose, as well as offered accommodations to guest with any restrictions. Our guests were beyond satisfied and impressed by the professionalism of everyone. Thank you to the Rikasa team for making our wedding dream a reality. You all truly are one of a kind and we cant thank you enough. Pictures to come!!!

5 /5 Alia Sod: Rikasa went above and beyond to ensure our micro wedding reception was exaclty what we envisioned and hoped for! We had a small dinner party of 19, renting out the 2nd floor - Joint 53. The Assistant GM, Elizabeth, was fantastic to work with. She was very detailed oriented in the plannings of our reception and great with communication months in advance all the way to the night of our event! The space set the vibe perfectly for the night along with the beautiful tablescape and decor that Elizabeth and team put together. Everyone of all ages raved about the food, drinks, room and especially the staff! I hope to return for many more family and friend events and even for more simple dinner nights out.

3 /5 Kristen R: Initial waitress was rude and miserable. Someone took over for her mid dining and was much more pleasant and helpful. Food was just okay this time. Cocktails were good but filled with decorative ice block with berries so way overpriced for a drink that looked pretty but had very little actual cocktail in the martini glass. Yhe atmosphere was the best thing about the dining experience this time.

5 /5 Cindy Vough: I hosted my daughter’s bridal shower at the Rooftop at Rikasa. Stephanie and Elizabeth were amazing. They took my ideas and made them happen. On the day of the shower Stephanie was there to make sure everything was perfect. The waitresses, waiters and bartender catered to everyone’s need and did it with a smile. The food was delicious as always. The Sangria was a big hit with all who attended. The Rooftop was a beautiful venue and I would recommend it to anyone, but it was the staff that made it perfect. Thank you all so much.
