Ruby Tuesday - (Near Lebanon, PA)

5 /5 Aleah Johnson: Came to Ruby Tuesday last night to eat and had a wonderful experience. Jocelyn was the manager on and was very attentive to the guests! Our server was Rebeccah and she was super kind. It was our first time there and she helped us navigate the menu and gave great recommendations! Food was also great! We will definitely be back soon!

1 /5 Jomar Morales: I placed a pickup order and arrived at the time my food was supposed to be ready. When I got there, they told me to wait. After 15 minutes, they informed me that someone else had taken my food because they just put the orders on a table and anyone can take them. I asked what we were going to do about the situation, and the waiter gave me attitude for asking what was going to happen now. With a bad attitude, the waiter told me to talk to the manager, who also gave me a bad attitude, even though it was all their fault. I told them it wasnt a problem, but if they could give me a beer on the house since I had to wait another 20 to 30 minutes for my food, they gave me the nastiest, most condescending look a person can give as if my time were worthless

2 /5 Joseph Cooper: Was there from 7 to 8:30 tonight. When we arrived we were 1 of 2 tables. Within 30 minutes, 5 more tables were filled with around 30 customers. The food was decent although we did wait an hour. There was one server who said she was in training and 1 guy came out to help from the line saying he was a manager in training and it was just the 2 of them. They were both very apologetic. The waitress said she got called in on her night off and then the shift lead “disappeared”. In general, if what we were told was true, they handled the situation fairly well (the only reason service was 3 stars and not 1). It was so rough, my daughter and her friend actually wanted to get up and help the staff who were there. The management needs to pay people what they are worth and keep good staff with good customer service skills and nights like tonight won’t happen. It is a shame too, we really like their salad bar and their menu is very expansive. Get it together Rubytuesdays.

5 /5 Brianna Hetrick: Ruby Tuesdays has been great lately, and the ruby awards is amazing! Weve gotten Rebecca the past 3 times we qwnt, shes great and stays on top of everything. Shes great with the little ones as well. That hickory bourbon chicken is my fav!
