Hotel Loyal Pizza - Latrobe

Rating: 4.6 /5
John Danek It’s a small town bar-restaurant from back in my college days. True Americana in Latrobe PA. I return for the wonderful thick square pizza, even fifty years later. Worth the forty mile drive.

El Diablo Brewing Co. & Wood Fired Kitchen - Greensburg

Rating: 4.3 /5
Maggie Wheeler I absolutely love this place. I have a severe gluten allergy and I have eaten here several times with no problems. They have outdoor seating that is very nice even suitable when the weather isn’t giving summer vibes. Everything I’ve had here is delicious. They only fry gluten free foods in the fryers, so the wings and fries are all gluten free. This alone had me thrilled, not a single place in Indiana has separate fryers. I rarely get the chance to experience having a meal at a restaurant with friends or family anymore so this is a treat! They also have amazing GF wood fired pizza, which is the best thin crust pizza I’ve ever had (including before I had this allergy ha). Everything is incredible! I also tried the basil chicken with goat cheese, oh my goodness, so good. I cannot say enough good things about this restaurant. At El Diablo, they go above and beyond. Nearly all of the meals are prepared gluten free and everything is labeled on the menu. Amazing.

Josee Ivars Service was great, food even better! The server was even kind enough to give us a side dish on the house. Margaritas were refreshing and hit the spot. We had the tuna ceviche, birria tacos and short rib enchiladas. Would highly recommend them all.

Elizabeth Scarlett This was our first time here, but it won’t be our last! Chicken Romano meal was one of the best I ever had and the lemon basil dressing for the salad was excellent. My husband got Chicken Parm and it was also delicious. They make all their own sauces and dressings and you can tell. We had enough to take home for another meal. We were too full for dessert, but next time we will make sure to save room since the dessert options looked amazing. Our server was great and very attentive and atmosphere was nice. We will be back!

Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews - Washington

Rating: 4.4 /5
Dede King Yummmm… Red Robin is one of my favorite restaurants. Not only is the building such a trendy blast from the past, but they make amazing food! No matter if I’m getting a burger, a sandwich or salad, I am always leaving satisfied and happy after a day out with my husband or our family. Don’t get me started on their french fries! They keep all of the condiments that you need on the table, including the seasoning salt for your fries. They have very yummy dippers for your fries or your burgers. They also have a wonderful birthday club and we really enjoy going to this location often. The restaurant has a throwback feel. I always love looking at the walls or above my head at the artwork and collages they have created. Make sure to check out the Pac-Man figures decor! The only reason that I’m giving this review, a four-star is because I don’t believe that they employ enough servers. When you offer something unlimited such as their fries, there should be somebody checking in on you more often. I don’t know if they need to hire more actual servers so then they can be more attentive to their tables or if they need to have runners who go around and check on the requests for another helping. The lobby has some really cool seating and balloons for the kids. There’s also some benches outside for overflow or if somebody just wants to get some fresh air while they’re waiting. Great for lunch, dinner and dessert. Happy hour available. Bat onsite with great cocktails, beer and wine. Overall: Food: Amazing! Very tasty! Service: Polite, but could be more attentive. Atmosphere: Awesome! Restrooms: Changing stations for babies. Could be checked in on a little more often simply because the restaurant tends to get very crowded. * Wheelchair, accessible entrance, parking, seating, and restrooms. *doesn’t accept reservations Debit and credit cards accepted.
