Tastyland - (Near Greensburg, PA)

5 /5 Dane: 5 Stars – Great Location, Clean & Delicious I was fortunate to stop at Tastyland during a quieter time, because I’ve heard it’s usually bustling with long lines. The place itself is spotless and has a refreshed yet nostalgic classic feel. The menu is extensive, but for this visit I kept it simple with a small soft-serve chocolate cone, and even the small was impressively large! Their ice cream is the real deal, made from actual ice cream and not iced milk, you can truly taste the difference. The location is set in the countryside, offering plenty of outdoor seating with pretty views of the surrounding area. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the overall cleanliness and freshness of the establishment really stood out. This was my first visit, but definitely not my last, I’m looking forward to coming back to try more of their menu. Highly recommended!

5 /5 Shannon Faulhaber: They have definitely upgraded this place! They added a drive thru and revamped the menu. The food was amazing! Got an original smash burger, onion rings, and a strawberry shortcake sundae. We will definitely be back!

5 /5 Matt Mercurio: So tasty! Be daring and step foot in both the land of the sweet and the land of the savory. No real ID needed to let your tastebuds travel. Peanut parfait and the fancy hot dogs are so good. Take a trip to tastyland and enjoy.

4 /5 Sarah: Tastyland is a go-to for burger cravings when I’m not wanting to make them myself. I love that they’re using local meat and tallow. I know this may not matter to some, but for those who care it’s great information. It’s an awesome old school drive up and they’ve done such a great job with the lighting and seating behind the building, including coveted patios, so you’re always able to eat outside of your car if you choose. Be sure to check social media because their monthly burgers are always fun and often include a collab with another local spot! One day I’ll get around to trying the ice cream, but I honestly can’t speak for that yet as crazy as it may sound. You have the option of ordering ahead online but I’ve never found even the long lines to be an issue. I have had quite a few orders that have been made incorrectly even though it was rung in appropriately (as per the receipt) but I’ve never had an issue with it being remade, so just be sure to check before leaving.

5 /5 Philip Reiche: Ive been aware of this since childhood, but I only had ice cream. After seeing recommendations for their hamburgers on social media, my wife and I stopped and got some with a side of onion rings. Its definitely the best weve had in the area. 10/21/2025 update Weve been back a few times and continue to be impressed. Who would have thought a 75 year old ice cream stand would have the best burgers in the western part of the state?
