Sandra Frederick Great private dining in Altoona, PA. We enjoy coming to dine here whenever we are in the region. My husband always gets the chicken parmigiana as he is a creature of habit. I like to branch out and try different things. I’ve never been disappointed. This last time was no different. We arrived in the middle of an ice storm. Everywhere else was shutting down but they stayed open and accommodated our reservation. Truly private dining that night. Our bar tender Amigh, was a delight as I tried their Christmas themed drinks. Christmas cookie was amazing. If you are ever in Altoona, book a seat and sit back and enjoy.

Steve Smith Had fantastic cocktails here the other night! The cocktail craftsman was awesome, Andy did an excellent job constructing our drinks. From a very smooth old fashion, to tasty espresso martinis. Finishing off with a very nice chocolate martini. His patience with the detail on the cocktail was impeccable! We had a wedge salad, chicken ceaser salad, tuna Tartar and sprouts. All note worthy. We have visited Blue on a number of occasions. The out side bar is great in the summer. Restaurant in general is very warm and inviting. Staff is always friendly. We definitely will return.

Jamie We stumbled upon this restaurant while walking through Philadelphia one evening, and it turned out to be a true hidden gem. I’m surprised I hadn’t heard of it before, especially since I go out in Philly often. The vibe was fantastic, and the cocktails were outstanding. I can’t speak to the food yet—we had dinner reservations up the street and only stopped in for drinks—but I’m definitely coming back to enjoy the full experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, the restroom was spotless, and overall it was a 10/10 experience.

Ryan Hertel Kevin’s a terrific atmosphere every time I’ve been there. I’ve been here several times over the years and have always had an awesome experience. Surprisingly I just haven’t left a review until now but I’ve thought about it. I had a work holiday party at Kevin‘s one year (2019 I think) and it was a terrific time. Just last night I had dinner with my girlfriend and we had an awesome time. She loved her meal, I loved my salmon. Waitresses were extremely on point. Helped us with everything. We’ll be back again and again.

Matt P This has been on my list for sometime. Happy to have finally ✅ this box. Cant wait to go back! Tempura broccoli is highly recommended. I had the sea bass (honey sauce is incredible), our friend had the chicken teriyaki, and my wife had the pork chop. The seasoned crust on the pork chop was a bit too salty, but you could trim that edge off and still enjoy something delicious. I dont live close by but I can assure you Ill be back. There is street parking, so it should be easy to find a spot. Service was great. Kitchen was a little slow but not a big deal. Clearly the building was a bank in its former life, but the renovations are very well done. Even though the place was packed it wasnt too loud. Oh you must try the beer bread. Its fantastic

Payton Lamson This was my first time ever visiting Melting Pot and it was so much fun! The drinks were amazing and the food was so good. I had such a great time and our server Erig was phenomenal and made sure my first and birthday experience was fantastic.
