Their breakfast and lunch options are consistently flavorful and well-prepared — you can always count on a delicious meal. The service is top-notch, with staff who are attentive and genuinely friendly. The ambiance strikes the perfect balance between cozy and hip, making it an ideal spot to relax and enjoy a great meal. 5 /5 Tony Rudy: Located in The Simon Silk Market in Easton, Pa. This was a trip for breakfast/ lunch on a Sunday. Service was excellent, most of us got breakfast style meals which were solid. Certain breads, we were told, was from The Easton Bakery. Take a walk around and check out the shops and buildings. Easton did a great job renovating this area which closed the 1960’s and brought it back to life.

5 /5 Jocelyn Henderson: Outstanding experience whenever we come here! Enjoyed sharing the French toast bites with my table. I highly recommend the everything bagel breakfast sandwich or any of the eggs benny. Staff is always so kind here. Will definitely be back!
