The Venue - (Near Greensburg, PA)

5 /5 Dorita P: This was our first time at The Venue in Greensburg - it was excellent! We had an outstanding server - JR; the atmosphere was enjoyable; we never felt rushed through dinner; and the food was amazingly good. We highly recommend the Apple Harvest Salad, the 10 oz Filet and the Chocolate Mouse Cake - you will not be disappointed.

5 /5 Greg Garner: Everything is beautiful! Everything is delicious! The service is second to none! The bartender nailed 2 Long Island Iced Teas, and the Filet Mignon was cooked to perfection! This is the perfect special occasion place to dine!

4 /5 Amy Savini: My husband and I went to The Venue for a dinner date this past weekend and enjoyed it. From the moment we walked in the door everyone was very friendly and inviting. We were quickly seated as we had reserved a table through Google, 2 days prior. I highly recommend making a reservation, because they get busy and the space is not large. We were given a glass bottle of water and our drink order was taken quickly after that. We decided on the beef wellington for our first course and it was delicious. For our dinner entree, I had sea bass and my husband had the surf and turf. Everything was great, albeit a little pricey for the portion sizes, but I do not have any complaints. My husband’s filet was slightly over-done (he ordered it medium-rare and it was closer to medium-well), but he enjoyed it nonetheless. We will be back, even if it is to have drinks at the bar to catch a game.

3 /5 K. Shaffer: My initial experience at The Venue was great! The food was delicious and our waitress was very attentive. We have nothing, but positive things to say about our waitress. At the end, I had about half of my food left over and it was to be packaged to go. (If you’ve never been to The Venue, they take your left overs in the back to package them to go.) Our waitress made a mistake and gave us the wrong left overs. I get it, accidents happen. I ordered the shrimp stuffed with crab as my meal. I’m not quite sure what I got, but it was not my original meal. I called to let them know that I got the wrong food assuming someone else would too. After being on hold, the waitress then got on the phone to with me to apologize. She offered for me to return to get my left overs or to drop them off at my house. At this point it should be up to the establishment to make right of the situation NOT the waitress or the customer. I’m very disappointed with the establishment in how this was handled. Also, it’s very dangerous for that waitress to have to offer and drive left overs to someone’s house. Do better.

5 /5 David Andrascik: we went there for the first time and we were amazed because everything was so darn good! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted very warmly, and had some great drinks at the bar! then we moved over to the dining room and had a really good dinner that everybody at our table loved! I had the Alaskan king crab and it was something really special! we really loved the truffle french fries! it was a great dinner and we will be back again very soon!
