the brass tap

The Brass Tap - Round Rock

Rating: 4.5 /5
Gabrielle Angelica Rose Absolutely scrumptious food and a huge selection of beers…I also love that my pup is welcome on the cozy patio. Allen and Tristan are gems of human beings, and I appreciate not only their knowledge about the selection, but their attention to detail and ability to ensure our rather extensive food to go orders have been correct down to the finest detail. I’ve lived up the street for 13 years, and with the menu upgrade and stellar service, I’ll be visiting Brass Tap much more often. Thanks guys!

Gerardo Delgado They forgot a few things like my dessert and appitezer. Though it was super busy and I should have double checked my bag . The food was good overall and the wait time was not bad considering how busy it was. It was a pretty good experience overall.

Kona Grill - El Paso - El Paso

Rating: 4.5 /5
Dj Randol We decided to skip the kitchen chaos this year and try Kona Grill for Thanksgiving dinner. Best decision we made all month. From the moment we walked in, everything clicked. The host team was warm and welcoming (zero trace of the holiday rush stress you’d expect), and our server was flat-out excellent: attentive without hovering, genuinely enthusiastic about the specials, and timed everything perfectly. The vibe inside was upscale yet relaxed (sleek modern décor, soft lighting, chill music); festive enough for the holiday but never cheesy. The special Thanksgiving menu was way more creative than the usual turkey-and-stuffing suspects. The star was the Macadamia Nut Turkey: tender roasted turkey breast coated in a crunchy macadamia crust, served with a light passion fruit glaze that sounds wild but absolutely works. It’s the perfect blend of island flair and holiday comfort. The ribs (yes, ribs on Thanksgiving) were fall-off-the-bone perfect, glazed in that signature Kona BBQ sauce with just the right sweet-smoky balance. Sides were on point too: creamy mashed potatoes, crisp green beans, and a killer pineapple jalapeño cornbread stuffing that I’m still thinking about. Portions were generous, cocktails were strong (the spiced pumpkin margarita was dangerously good), and the dessert menu tempted us hard, but we were happily stuffed. Kona Grill turned what could have been just a convenient holiday meal into a legit dining highlight. If you want excellent service, creative food that still feels festive, and a beautiful environment that makes the holiday feel special without the dishes afterward, book it next year. We’re already

House of Rock - Corpus Christi

Alejandra Gonzalez Came to The House of Rock for a vendor market and ended up staying for the vibes and the food! The pepperoni pizza is everything a pizza should be — perfect crunch, gooey cheese, tasty sauce, and just the right amount of pepperoni. A slice with a drink came out to under $8, which is a great deal. The events they host are also really fun and well put together. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Silver Creek Beer Garden & Grille - Fredericksburg

Syemon What a great time I had at Silver Creek beer Garden and Grille. I was driving down to Main Street, I heard some live music, look to my left and saw a bunch of people having a great time our live band playing so I had to stop and check it out. I found parking right away, was greeted very warmly and seated right away. I sat outside on the patio close to the live band, which was a great experience all in itself. Although there was live music, it was easy to hear the hostess and her recommendations , smooth service all around. As you can see from the pictures, I ordered an authentic German sausage plate, which came with savory sauerkraut and warm, red cabbage, tasty mustard, I also ordered a corned beef sandwich, outstanding sandwich! As I buy it into the sandwich, it was crunchy from the toast and soft, well cooked corned beef, a must have. Also ordered some chicken tenders with spaghetti, which was also well cooked crunchy and delicious. The salad was fresh crispy, savory and I must have if you don’t wanna dive into any of the meat options. Do highly recommend eating at the silver Creek beer garden and if I’m ever in the area in the near future, I’ll definitely come back for round two. If this review was helpful, give me a like or follow for more adventures. Have a blessed new year..

Texas Roadhouse - Pearland

Jaelyn Melena I haven’t been to Texas Roadhouse in YEARS and I don’t know why. Our server was very attentive and the service was really quick. The rolls were definitely worth all the hype — they were fresh and paired very well with the cinnamon butter. I ordered the Ft. Worth Ribeye with mashed potatoes, and a house salad. The steak was so flavorful and cooked to perfection. I was thoroughly satisfied with the portion sizes. This is a solid place to visit for a steak.
