Christopher Hutchinson I stopped by Craftway Kitchen in Frisco last night, new to town and hoping for a great meal — and it didn’t disappoint. I sat at the bar, and the bartender was super friendly and welcoming. She explained the menu, asked about allergies, and served a couple of excellent frozen whiskey sours.
I ordered the stuffed flounder with crab and cream cheese, one of the nightly specials, and it was absolutely decadent with perfectly sized portions. The place had a lively, upscale vibe with lots of people but still felt comfortable and inviting.
I’ll definitely be back — hands down the best meal I’ve had since moving here!
