Applebees Grill + Bar - (Near Seguin, TX)

5 /5 Margaret López: My cousin and I wanted a hearty breakfast and decided on IHOP! I had the big steak omelet, and it was amazing! Manny was our server, and he treated us like royalty. He was friendly and courteous, and we shared a few laughs with him. Hes a delight! The restaurant was clean and very comfortable. We have always enjoyed eating at IHOP, and this visit didnt disappoint! Its still a wonderful place to take the family or to hang out with friends!

2 /5 James Gambriell: Most of the wait staff seemed exceptional. Unfortunately, my waitress was the worst. I probably waited a good 15 mins before she made her first trip to my table. I ordered my drink and meal right then. I finished my water and never saw my waitress. My meal finally came out. The green beans and mashed potatoes were excellent. The steak seemed like it was cooked earlier and then reheated to serve. It was a little overcooked. But had zero moisture. I’ve had beef jerky that was less dry. The waitress serving all the tables around me was an amazing waitress. There were two others nearby who I saw regularly and seemed like they did well. Mine? I think I saw her twice the entire visit. Just got seated at the wrong table apparently.

5 /5 Lori Campos-Bautista: Plenty of parking! As soon as you walk in, you are welcomed and by young staff and I say this because unfortunately this generation not always remember to say Hi, etc. But not at this restaurant. Our waitress was Jasmine and her out of the way personality is so refreshing. She tended to us and quickly and the young man who assisted her in delivering the food also such an awesome personality. We love the new look of the restaurant. I chose my "go to" breakfast platter with blueberry pancakes. My sisters tried out the 2 for $25 which was a great deal. They had the Chicken Alfredo fettuccine and Hamburger. So I do have to say, my sister felt her burger was dry and the fettuccine was a "little on the cold" side not sure how to describe it but still good. This will not deter us from coming back. If you use Fetch, the gift card was accepted here! Overall still a thumbs up especially a weekend of "river ratting" with your sisters, we were hungry!

2 /5 Michael Hensley: Asked for medium rare steak they got medium on reciept and ended up with a goodyear. Should of known better. Would of put 1 star if my daughters plates werent okay.

3 /5 Leon Hitchens: The restaurants new and I get it but overhyped with the cross overs. The food is okay, but totally the mediocre stuff always at these two spots. The service really struggled. Went during lunch. Was a bit busy but nothing crazy. Staff was friendly but we waited forever to order. Then our appetizer came out after our food.
