Mariscos playa Miramar LLC - Granbury

Rating: 5 /5
Cheryl Frederick Had a great lunch today. Fresh food. Friendly service. I ordered the Baja shrimp tacos, excellent. My husband ordered the octopus Diablo, also excellent. I was skeptical of octopus in Granbury, but it was super flavorful and very tender. Fish cerviche with chips a welcome surprise. Will return soon.

Outlaws BBQ - Giddings

Rating: 4.8 /5
origamius During a BBQ tour of Texas, I made a point to stop at Outlaws BBQ. Their award-winning BBQ packs a punch and showcases their competitive history. The brisket was amazing—flavorful and had the perfect bark. The ribs were cooked to perfection, falling off the bone with every bite. One of my favourites was their Outlaw Corn, unique in its own right. They told me it was created when they were drunk! Their pinto beans were also a hit, with their depth of flavour. The service was very friendly, and it’s definitely worth stopping by if you’re in the area.

Nortex Bakery - Alice

R. Matt LeMaster Love this place. This is the taste of Alice! One of the best restaurants around here! The John Wayne taco is a perfect meal with loads of flavor. The John Wayne beans might be the most amazing dish in the world. They probably aren’t good for you but that might be what makes them so delicious. The guacamole might be made fresh When you order it because it’s is the most crisp, fresh, delicious guac I’ve ever had! Service is great! Always a smile and always polite. The drive through line is a bit long but you’ll only average maybe 15 from the road to the window. It’s worth it!! Highly recommended place for all! Don’t mind the paper bowl. I have a scoop of the John Wayne beans with my JW taco and take the rest to work for breakfast.

Amanda Walker - Ventura Best food with a hometown feel. Absolutely loved every part of our visit! From feeling welcomed to the delicious bbq and sides. Perfectly sweetened tea. My mouth is literally watering with this review. If you haven’t been here, it’s a must. If you have, keep showing them some love. When we travel back through, I’ll be sure to make a pit stop once again. The special treat for my little one made a core memory since she still brings it up.

Harvest La CrĂŞperie - Comanche

Mark Flesher We had evacuated San Saba one day early and were headed home a bit bummed out that we were not able to hike Colorado Bend State Park. Enter this amazing lunch spot. And, I can tell you, with the location of this one I would have no problem eating dinner here or any other meal where they are open. Savory and sweet crepes, which my wife researched while we were literally on the way. I had the Reuben crepe, my wife had the chicken pesto crepe. Both were amazing. We are from the Fort Worth Texas area and I can tell you that if this place was located in downtown Fort Worth it would be a great spot with a 30-minute wait perpetually. Need to get with these Aggies (at least I assume theyre Aggies given the subtle Aggie items at the cash register) about setting up a place in Fort Worth. Beautiful place. Beautiful food. Comanche Texas who knew!?

T god One of my favorite places to visit when in town. Ive tried several different items on the menu and have not been disappointed yet. The location was not far from the hotel or work area. If you order the cheese stix heads up they are huge! Definitely recommend the mushrooms and the hamburger and cheeseburger!
