Aspen Creek Grill - (Near Irving, TX)

LeKhan James Pretty much lived up to the hype. We got there on a semi rainy day at like 830 and there was parking and no line so think we were an usual case. The service was top notch. Every person was nice and was looking to help. It was next level. You can tell these are happy employees and the owner likely takes care of his staff. We got the chicken and waffles and the French toast. Both were great and came out quick. Love the hot syrup.

Richard Tunstall Ive enjoyed the food here. It has great Hot and Sour Soup in my estimation. Favorful. It was better and different a few weeks ago. Its like another recipe is used now, but its still better than other places. The fried spring rolls are a bargain compared to other places. However, the center isnt cooking as fast as the outer part. The center is doughy like they were fried too fast, or the rolls start frozen, but the inside isnt quite right because its still thawing. Anyway, its a great place to eat. I get the feeling the food is freshly prepared.

Geneva Mendez Amelia our waitress was amazing. The manager Keith was super sweet. We drove all the way from San Antonio for so amazing Cajun food. Needless to say it was spot on!!!

Thulasi Ganesh Salt Lick has been our go-to spot for BBQ for over a year, and it never disappoints. The flavor, quality, and service have remained top-notch every single visit. A special shout-out to Jacob, who went above and beyond during our recent meal. He was kind, courteous, and thoughtful—suggesting mac and cheese as a side for our toddler, which turned out to be a hit. The portions are generous to say the least. With four of us sharing, we still had to work hard to finish the three meals we ordered. It’s the kind of hearty BBQ that leaves you satisfied and smiling. If you’re looking for the best BBQ with consistently great service, Salt Lick is the place. Highly recommended for families and groups alike!

Azja Mahilaj I had a wonderful experience at this little bistro. The atmosphere felt warm and inviting, and the staff treated us like old friends. The food was beautifully presented and full of flavor — especially the roasted chicken with herbs. I would happily return for another relaxed evening.

We ordered a variety of Mexican dishes and every single plate was delicious. The food was fresh, flavorful, and exactly what you crave when you come to Gringo’s. Our waitress, Lauryn, was absolutely amazing—attentive, kind, and on top of everything the whole time. She went the extra mile and surprised the birthday girl with a piece of tres leches cake, and it was incredible. I really wish I had gotten a picture because it was that good! If you’re in Pearland and looking for great Mexican food, excellent service, and a fun atmosphere, I highly recommend The Original Gringo’s. Total win for food and service!
