Janelle Thw spicy tuna tacos were bomb. It said seaweed shell so wasnt sure what to expect but it was just the seaweed paper. We got two and they were more appetizer size. Edamame came out fresh and hot. The fried dumplings had a good flavor- I believe their house sauce. Rooftop wasnt huge but we went early so there was hardly anyone there. Would like to go back in the evening.

Paola Casasola I had the pleasure of being served by Rafael, and I cant say enough good things about him. From the moment we sat down, he was incredibly attentive—always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed, without ever being intrusive. Rafael was not only kind and professional, but also had a great sense of humor that made the whole experience even more enjoyable. He created such a welcoming and fun atmosphere that really stood out. I ordered the quesadillas, and they were absolutely delicious—highly recommend! Between the amazing food and Rafael’s outstanding service, it was a fantastic dining experience. I’ll definitely be coming back, and I hope to be seated in his section again.

Beverly Albrecht Great restaurant find in a Hallettsville. This restaurant has fast friendly service with good food at reasonable prices. They are fairly new restaurant that is less than a year old. The building is clean & newly renovated. We had their catfish with coleslaw, fries and salad. We also had hush puppies. It was all very good and plenty to eat. They also serve a wide variety of other food in case someone in your family doesn’t want seafood. They also have some Chinese dishes, Cajun dishes along with typical hamburger and fries. So next time we go back, maybe we will try another type of cuisine.

Abu Rashed Seafood soup was great and portions were significant. Fish dinner was delicious. My wife and I enjoyed our dinner and price was great. As a matter of fact, this was our second time in just a few months!

Bryan Miller We had a fantastic evening dining with friends at Dua Trattoria. From start to finish, the experience was top-notch. Our server, Audi, did a wonderful job taking care of us—attentive, knowledgeable, and personable throughout the night. Nic, the owner, even stopped by our table several times with food, wine, and cocktail recommendations, which made the experience feel even more special. Every suggestion was spot on. We kicked off the night with a couple of the signature “Nic” Old Fashioneds, an Espresso Martini, and a bottle of Quilt Cabernet. The cocktails were excellent—the Old Fashioned is a must-try for anyone who appreciates the classic, and the Espresso Martini stood out because they make it with real Espresso from a proper machine, which made all the difference. For appetizers, we had the Breaded Ravioli and Bruschetta. Both were good, but the Breaded Ravioli was the star—perfectly crisp crust with just the right texture inside. For mains, our table enjoyed the Lobster Ravioli, Short Rib Ravioli, Mario’s, and the Bone-In Veal Parmesan. Every dish was flavorful and beautifully prepared. The Veal Parmesan was especially memorable—generous in portion and cooked to perfection. Between the outstanding service, warm atmosphere, thoughtful recommendations, and delicious food and drinks, Dua Trattoria has quickly become a new favorite. Highly recommend for a night out with friends, a date night, or anyone looking for elevated Italian dining in Frisco.
