Janie Calvillo Food is delicious. We had the molcajete served with handmade corn tortillas. The guacamole is unique and amazing. It is topped with pistachios. The setting is beautiful. We visited on Friday before their official opening. The server was very honest in communicating that they had only been open for two days. Really enjoyed our dinner, drinks and music. We will definitely return after their official opening.

Maah Fonachu Had an amazing impromptu dinner here. One of the best tacos I’ve ever had. We had the beef and red snapper tacos and it was sooo yummy. Perfectly seasoned, fresh, and served hot. We even got extra rice and beans on the side. The complimentary bean dip that comes with the chips and salsa (also complimentary) was chef’s kiss!! Our server Denis was super kind, thoughtful, and attentive!! We will definitely be back with family and friends. Reading from the other reviews, there has definitely been a huge improvement. Visit this place for authentic Mexican food and you won’t regret it.

Ahmed Sheraz (Your Sir Jee) ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ First Visit to Perry Perry Factory – Sugar Land This was our first visit to their Sugar Land location, and we had a wonderful experience with the family! The food was delicious as always, and what really made it special was the personal touch from the owner — he made us a special beef burger that was absolutely amazing. Their signature sauces remain the highlight and truly set their flavors apart. It’s great to see their same quality and hospitality carried over to this second location. Highly recommended for anyone who loves flavorful food and great service!

Mr. O After moving here from the West we tried multiple places around the BCS area. Each one has their own thing that they do well but this place does them all great. We have found our joint for good and fresh Chinese food. We ordered their noodle vegetable soup, their shrimp fried rice and pork dumplings. 2/3 were excellent choices. Starting with the dumplings, their texture, flavors and presentation were great. The Shrimp fried rice was very tasty with large shrimps and a good amount on each component big enough to feed two to three people with the amount of food provided inside the container. Now their vegetable soup needs some help on the broth department it was bland and no flavors came through. The soup presentation, the packaging and the vegetables provided were plentiful and fresh but if they get to add some flavor to the broth this would be a killer soup even without the protein. Overall we had a great experience. We ordered online and self pick up the order. The process was not without hiccups. Somehow their website was having some issues when it was time to pay reading my card number as an AMEX when it was not an AMEX and they dont take AMEX. We tried it with another card and it worked not the online ordering experience we expected but it worked after numerous times. We will be back again and bring friends it was delicious and the price fair for the amount of food you get trust me you will not leave hungry after trying their food servings. Ill post photos next time as I usually do but the hunger today was at an all time high and we devour the food way before my brain register to take pictures of the food. This was delicious and such a great experience in the BCS you just won us as customer after only one meal. Edit: 12 Jan 26 we came into the restaurant and were blown away once again by their food and service. We tried the house fried rice, pork steam buns, and the chicken cutlet all of it was prepared to ordered, fresh, very tasty and the right temperature. This place has a winning recipe. Come and see them!!!!
