Guac Star We had an amazing dinner at Aspen Creek Grill and it was one of the best dining experiences we’ve had in a while. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the staff made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. Our table ordered a variety of dishes, and every single one was delicious. The ribeye was perfectly cooked, tender, and packed with flavor. The fish was fresh and seasoned just right, and the chicken tenders were crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. We also tried the grits, mashed potatoes, fries, sautéed mushrooms, and macaroni — and honestly, there wasn’t a single thing we didn’t enjoy. The sides were flavorful and clearly made with care, and the portions were generous. The prices here are more than fair for the quality and amount of food you get. It’s the kind of place where you leave full, satisfied, and already planning your next visit. The service was attentive without being rushed, and our drinks were always topped off. If you’re looking for a spot with great food, friendly service, and excellent value, Aspen Creek Grill is a must-try. We’ll definitely be back!

Malice General (Malice Media LLC.) I want to start off by saying that this restaurant being so close to me for over a year is a shame that I forgot about this area to eat. Last time I was in this location it was a buffalo wings& more. So it was a pleasant surprise when my wife told me it turned into a Brazilian restaurant. We get to the location and there was plenty of parking. We walked up and got a seat right away. We started off with their sampler appetizer. This had 18 pieces of different cheeses and chicken combintons very delicious! We got a 12-in pizza this year as one of the three entrees we got. We did half four cheese and half chicken. This was very delicious and came out crispy as we asked. I did favor the cheese side a little more than the chicken but they were both good. Then we got the premium steak appetizer to split. I cant remember what it is called as I write this up but it was smothered and it was delicious. For the third entree we got their chicken pasta dish but by this point I was so full. I actually did not try any of it hence why I dont remember the name. My wife said though it was delicious when I did ask her about it Overall, this place was pretty good and I would have to say that as four people eating and being a hundred bucks, thats a good price point for the amount of food we got. If youre in the area, check it out and stop by and get some food

Eileen Amoni Our overall experience was fantastic, we had waiter Grayson and he was extremely informative, answered any questions we had and even asked the chef if he didn’t know. We came in for happy hour and had two appetizers, highly recommend the oyster nachos. They come as individual nachos, six to be exact, with the chipotle creama on top they’re delicious. They need no salt and are extremely savory and hearty. We also got the flash fried calamari and the marinara sauce needed salt, but overall was a really good combo of squid and okra maybe just needed a slice of lemon to round it all out. To drink we had a $5 margarita which was a great price and tasted good, not too limey. And the Day at The Lake which was like a tropical punch, very sweet and flavorful.

Ranch Boss Only a few people in the restaurant at 3 PM. Waitresses were inattentive. I was very generous with my rating. Food was OK.

Yotes The stop this trip that I’ve been the most excited for is Schulze’s Pitroom all because of the sausages they are slinging. Pushing the boundaries of sausage boldly going where I one has gone before. I purposely didn’t look at their social media for the last month because I wanted to be surprised by the sausage special. I roll in today to see the butcher paper “In-N-Out Double Double animal style sausage”. . . I take a bite and no joke the PA system starts playing “Times Like These”-Foo Fighters and I’m chomping at this sausage hearing these lyrics. Listening to a song and eating a sausage that hits the nostalgia of my formative years growing up in San Diego. The pieces of burger patties, pickles, bun, onions and fries were all one singular unit but you could taste and feel each as you bite. All bound together with the sausage spices. The fries! As I was biting it was giving California Burrito as well maybe because of the form and it being filled out with fatty beef. I’ve had two “religious experiences” with sausage in my life and both have been in Seguin, Tx. Rewording the lyrics, “It’s bites like these you learn to live/love again” Oh also the brisket was fantastic. Nice and peppery and the fat cap melted wonderfully in my mouth. The ribs with the glaze! Such a fatty rib. Slightly sweet with a chili flavor that reminded me more of Gochugaru and Korean chili peppers more than what you find in regular chili in the west. But man. That sausage. I keep talking to ppl and I feel that sausage is the meat item where you get feel the soul and creativity of the pit master the most boldly stated. I need to come again when I’m in the area for the next soul shaking sausage they have on rotation.

Debbie Morales Came to Odessa for a Wedding, looked Up restaurant and this one had good reviews, so we decided to try it. This was the best decision we made, their food was delicious, service was wonderful and the margarita did not disappoint! Will definitely be coming back!
