5 /5 Ravisara L: We sat at the bar today and had an amazing experience. Javier and Hernaez were fantastic. Javier is the mixologist who designed most of the cocktail list, and it really shows. Both of them are incredibly knowledgeable about gin, cocktails, and wine, and made the whole experience feel special. We tried several cava, but the gin and tonic still stole the show. Every cocktail was well balanced and delicious. For food, we loved the jamón, arroz negro, and the suckling pig. Everything was beautifully cooked and full of flavor. We’ll definitely be back.

5 /5 Diego Basilio Araujo: BCN Taste & Tradition delivered one of the best dining experiences we’ve had in Houston. We did the special tasting menu, which let us try small portions of several different plates—every course was outstanding. The wine pairing was phenomenal and truly elevated the meal. What made it even better was the service: they took the time to walk us through each plate, explain what we were tasting, and share the origins and story behind each wine. Shout-out to Alfredo, Carlos, and Guillermo—attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely made the night feel special. 10/10. Highly recommend.

5 /5 Mike L: This place was exceptional. The service was fantastic, our server was extremely knowledgeable of the menu, the quality of the food was excellent, the beverages were unique. And had a good environment. The suckling pig was absolutely delicious. The filo dough desert was delicious and light. Everything on the menu did in fact have a Spanish inspiration or origination and all have very unique flavor profiles. My only complaint would be around portion size of the food while I understand this is fine dining. I do think the entrée-portions and cocktails were slightly undersized. That said, I recommend and would return.

4 /5 E T: We went to BCN to celebrate my friend that just beat cancer and the service was awesome. Our waiter was really nice and made her feel special. He even showed us the Pablo Picasso sculpture and placed it on our table for us to look at it. For appetizers we ordered papas bravas, another one with grilled octopus and mashed potatoes. Definitely get the papas bravas, they were small but packed a huge punch! The other appetizer was good but I wanted some more texture from the mashed potatoes, although the octopus was fantastic. For main courses we ordered the bomba rice with seafood and the rabbit. The bomba rice was not good at all. The rice was undercooked and for a Michelin star, I was 100% expecting more. You cant call yourself a Spanish restaurant and mess up paella. The seafood was fantastic, Ill give them that. The rabbit was moist and juicy but again, terrible undercooked rice. The desert, not shown, was an almond cake that was good but I was not blown away. It was just okay. Sangria was good and a little boozy, but Ive had better ones elsewhere. Overall, I give this place a 3.5, but raised it to a 4.0 because of how well we were treated.
