Julie Bertsch Stopped in on a whim and had a fantastic experience! Fast, friendly service and a great variety of options. The chef happily made avocado toast for me even though it wasn’t on the menu. My husband loved the Cowboy Breakfast—the bacon was cooked perfectly. We’ll definitely be back!

Marley Elese i went here wednesday night with my friend! food was good — our steaks were cooked the way we wanted them. i wouldn’t order the fried mozzarella again, but the strawberry salad and cheesecake were super yummy!! we also tried the chocolate cake and it was delicious. strawberry lemonade here tastes like it’s made with real strawberry syrup. the hosts were polite, and our server was a young guy, i think named Tyler? he was lovely, i’ll ask for him again next time i visit.

Brandon Perry I recently had the pleasure of dining at North Italia for the first time, and Kaila was my server. Her energy and humor were truly delightful, and she provided exceptional service. I began my meal with the spinach and sausage soup, accompanied by toasted bread. With Kailas helpful recommendation, I chose the Bistro Steak and Eggs, opting for the Crispy Hash Potatoes instead of the Calabrian Potato Hash. The steak was cooked to perfection. I thoroughly enjoyed combining the remaining ingredients on the toast. To conclude my meal, I selected my favorite dessert, the Tiramisu, which was absolutely delicious. I certainly look forward to returning.

Nikoletta Czimer This place is wonderful! We stayed at the Comfort Inn Galveston which is just 1 minute walk away from this restaurant. Smiley staff welcomed us as we entered and our waiter was a very friendly and knowledgeable person. They had a Christmas holiday cocktail menu and I tried the White chocolate pistachio martini with house made pistachio cream which was awesome. Our food came fast, fresh and well presented… and the taste was absolutely superb!!! I will talk about this seafood experience for a long time! Highly recommend this place!

Claudia Balderas I ordered a 100 piece wings, I called ahead to see what would be the actual wait time, front desk lady told me it was the first order and offered to call me back 5 before order was out. Not even 5 min passed and got call back that it was almost out. Great service, everything was complete and all the food looked very well done.

Scott Gregory This is for Chilis, Not Just Wings! I used the App to order curbside. I arrived at the time it was estimated to be ready. I received a text just as I was pulling up saying my order was ready. I checked in using the text link. I waited about 10 minutes and checked in in the App. A young lady looked out and saw me sitting outside but didnt come out, so I thought maybe it wasnt ready. After another 10 minutes, I went in and saw my order sitting on a shelf. Im sure it was cold by now. The young lady came up after I was standing there a few minutes and asked if I had a to go order. I told her yes, its right there in the shelf and Ive been waiting 20 plus minutes. She asked if I wanted it remade. I said Yes! She could tell I was very irritated. She took the food back and a manager came out. I explained my situation. He told me they were remaking it. I showed him the two check ins I had done. He then said the system must be malfunctioning. He offered a free dessert for my trouble which I gladly accepted. The manager was very friendly and helpful. The food came out after another 10 minutes. It was warm. The food was good. The molten lava dessert was fabulous. It took a lot longer than planned but everything turned out good.
