Billys Grille & Bar - (Near Sherman, TX)

1 /5 David Richardson: The food has so much potential, but it’s completely wasted. Dishes come out uncooked or made incorrectly way too often. Management seriously needs to retrain the cook or whoever is in charge of the kitchen, or replace them altogether. Until the food is cooked properly and consistently, I can’t recommend this place.

3 /5 Mary Kloss: Stopped after a long day of driving. The hotel told us this place had great food and we could watch football it was Sunday. The brisket and ribs were amazing and the place was really ice!! The service was horrible!! I guess if you want any kind of service, you have to be a local! Skye who I guess was training to be a manager was completely useless and just stood and talk to a bunch of local people in the corner and told us numerous times she’s just there to observe. The actual bartender Elaina was better than her, but still we had to practically beg for anything we wanted or catch them when they weren’t deep in conversation with the other people at the end of the bar. Finally Skye happened to walk by and asked if everything was ok and I said no!! We each had 2 empty drink glasses that we pushed towards the bar and said we’d really like another drink! Probably would’ve had a couple more since we walked there from the days in, but didn’t want to disturb them from their conversations with their friends any longer! I wanted to leave them zero tip walk back to the kitchen and give the cooks an amazing tip for the delicious food, but my husband wouldn’t let me so he did tip and I hope to God he didn’t tip them much!! I walked out totally pissed off! Skye will suck as a manager!!

5 /5 Michael Knutson: We were looking for a place to eat and Billy’s was recommended. I am glad they did as this place was awesome. The food was great and the fries were odd the hook as they were crispy and had tons of flavor. I got the Taste of Texas burger and it was one of the best ones I have had with just the right amount of spice. The burger bugs tasted homemade and made the burger pop more. The atmosphere was really nice and the music played was great. Will definitely come back!

2 /5 Dia Cruz: Ordered Cheeseburger and fries. My fries were old. I let the waitress know, she came back with a fresh order. They were also old. I touched them with my finger and they were not even hot. I usually get the same thing, unless they changed the fries for a different brand. I was not satisfied. The burger was good as usual. The table was dirty. There was only 10 customers while I was here.
