erika mendoza I was reading the reviews and I am in shock. I am a very picky person, so are my teen daughters and we love this place for breakfast. The French toast is delicious, so are the chilaquiles El Patron. Love the atmosphere, is not overcrowded and they dont have super loud music. I took my coworkers there and they all loved the food. I have only been there for breakfast, and I plan on keep on going with my family and friends.

Arturo Tirado Great food at great prices! The portions are great too. Not the hugest menu but a great selection and what they offer is great. The restaurant is very nice inside with nice lighting and clean restrooms. Friendly service staff They offer BOGO beer and a good variety of wines. Plenty of tables available and I noticed there was a lot of food being picked up to go. They also offer quite a bit of fancy teas and custom drinks that looked delicious that I’ll enjoy on my next several return visits to come.

Ernie Moon Before leaving town we stopped by to fuel up and the food looked delicious. I ordered a carne guesada taco with rice and beans. My only regret was not ordering another one. It was definitely delicious.

Anabel Lee Silva This is a must!! We had been craving something street food although authentic & Sayo’s is our new spot! Fajitas, bistec & carne guisada WOW.. no tough meat nor fat tissue simply top notch meat. I got us 2 Gorditas bit extra crispy (perfect) my orden of lonches a bit crispy perfect! An order of tacos de Fajita everything on the side. They truly care and make sure you get what you order. We always get extra salsa etc & they made sure of it cause I’m making brunch with their salsa ✅ I did forget another friend wanted onion rings gosh so good!! I’m very picky & highly recommend this amazing spot! **4 of us ate till we couldn’t **

valarie dotson I had to give a review for this restaurant. I came and decorated on 11-22-2025 for a 50th birthday party.. the customer service was extremely exceptional, they were accommodating, nice and polite as well as the valet guy. He was so helpful, and I apologize for forgetting his name. He helped bring things into the restaurant and to the car. I can’t be so thankful as far as being a vendor. The managers, the staff was over the top!!! Words can not express the gratitude that we experienced at this restaurant.. The world need more staff such as the staff at III Palms. Hats off to this restaurant again!!! Great job!!!! By the way the food was also good. I just had to express the customer service here!!!!!
