1 /5 Jonathan Cherian: This location is very convenient, and the food is pretty good. But on a recent visit, I can’t handle it anymore. We had 9 people, it took about 25 mins to wait and then seated. Our server Ebone was kind and cordial. Most of us got the $13 Pizookie Meal from the menu, but one person noticed a free Pizookie for Dine In on the app. Our waiter said to go back to the front counter and see, after returning we let the waiter know.
Now here comes the manager, looks like an older Hispanic guy with a tie. The first words out his mouth is “ who had the online dine in order “ followed by “ if your doing that you should have told them when being seated, so cancel your order cause the FREE Pizookie

No apology and a voice tone of not caring one bit or having understanding. Fun fact, always an issue when it’s large group, and in our cause 9 young men who they assumed is not worth attention.
Yes canceling the order got the promotion back, but the audacity to say cancel it and acknowledge the FREE pizookie was made, taken out and given to another customer is absolutely ridiculous. This goes more than a dessert, can’t even provide a solution or satisfy customers with thousands of Pizookies waiting in that kitchen.
Rather drive 30 mins to Sugar Land to have better service and a manager who gives a life.
