El poblano - Fair Oaks Ranch

Rating: 4.1 /5
Jimmy Ford Love the breakfast tacos. I have been around the breakfast taco block and these make me happy. In the picture you can see they are huge and my 3 and 4 year old almost cleaned their plate. The machacado is exactly the way I like it, very flavorful and made with the correct meat. I also had a mini taco plate last weekend and it was great as well. Some of these reviews I am reading are ridiculous. This restaurant is a simple place more along the line of a local hole in the wall restaurant. Which are the best Mexican food spots in my opinion. These reviewers take themselves too seriously.

Chang Yai Thai Noodle & Cafe - Pasadena

Rating: 4.8 /5
Dirty Pesos My wife and I ate dinner this past sunday and it was delicious. For an appetizer we had the chive cake. It was our first time trying it. Its good with the sriracha sauce. (We put it on almost everything when we eat asian cuisine) She had the orange chicken and fried noodles. I had the lamb curry and egg fried rice. It was very flavorful and delicious. I did get a few bites of my wifes orange 6 and it was good. I will say that it was a bit over-fried but it had very good flavor. For desert we tried the lava cake w/ice-cream and that was very nice. We will be back and try other dishes.

Mangia Bistro - Plano

Rating: 4.6 /5
Ms Brenda This was our first time visit to Mangia Bistro and we were impressed! For starters, we were greeted promptly, warmly, and started us w bread accompanied by an oil and garlic dip; soft and light. The calamari was lightly breaded and fried to perfection. It came w a salad of cucumbers, lettuce, and pickled peppers. My son was given special attention. He ordered a chicken Alfredo that was to die for. The sauce was delicious. We also ordered the chicken pizza which was a nice size for 2. The blend of sauces and cheese were amazing. Chicken pizza like no other. All the food tasted as if made to order and not pre-made. The ambiance was relaxing, the service was warmly inviting. A future visit is most definitely warranted.

Uncle Bills Pizza - Bellville

Rating: 4.7 /5
D Ayres When you enter Uncle Bills, dont let the appearance fool you. Its not a fancy place, but the staff are the most friendly and attentive crew weve experienced in a long time. They love where they work and take pride in serving great food! We tried the Supreme and Margherita Pizza and enjoyed both a great deal! If you have never been, put Uncle Bills Pizza on your list!

Walloons Restaurant - Fort Worth

Rating: 4.5 /5
JimBob Steen Walloon’s is an absolute gem in Fort Worth. From start to finish, our dinner was nothing short of exceptional. We started with a dozen oysters, perfectly fresh and briny, setting the tone for the night. The corn bisque soup followed, rich and velvety with just the right touch of sweetness—comfort in a bowl. The steak frites stole the show: beautifully cooked, tender, and full of flavor, paired with perfectly crisp fries. For dessert, the bread pudding was a masterpiece—warm, indulgent, and elevated even further by a glass of 20-year port. The drinks were equally impressive. My Hemingway daiquiri was balanced and refreshing, the perfect pairing with the oysters and steak. Every detail of the evening, from the atmosphere to the attentive service, felt thoughtful and polished. Walloon’s is the kind of place that makes you want to linger, savor, and come back again. Easily one of the best dining experiences in Fort Worth.

Ritz Bento - Texarkana

Rating: 4.6 /5
Jon Reich Service was incredibly friendly, and the food was delicious. We had Crab Rangoon, Egg Rolls and Pork Steambun as appetizers. While for the main meal we had Spicy Salmon Roll, Red Wolf Roll, Godzilla Roll and Salmon Lover Roll. I personally had Curry Ramen and it was very delicious and savory. In Texarkana it is the best ramen I have had from a restaurant and definitely recommend. The restaurant was not crowded and had nice atmospheric piano music playing.
