Tonya R. Delicious food, excellent service with all the extra specials. Brandt was our server, very professional and friendly. Pays attention to details and makes sure we have everything we need. He went above and beyond all night to make the night special. Excellent recommendations on the entrees and aided. We ordered the American Wagyu Gold N Y Strip and shared it along with onion rings (starter) and shared the six cheese potatoes. Best steak I’ve ever had and we had at least six staff members stop by, make sure to offer assistance and wish us Happy Anniversary.

Brian McSteen The service here was fire! The food is amazing! The aged Ribeye is delicious! Not 1 complaint! Try the pineapple Vodka at the bar is dangerously amazing. Must visit! Get a pear salad, crab cocktail and the French onion! And yes, also get the bread because it taste amazing and the salted butter is also delicious. The Capital Grille has been in business for over 120 years and it shows.

Col Raimond This was one of the best meals I’ve had in my life. We did the tasting menu option where your server chooses what you eat (after you share what you like, don’t like, price point). Our server was Brandi and tbh, she could make a ton of money with a consulting gig teaching folks how to provide excellent service. Uchiko clearly has an amazing chef and a really impressive focus on full-team service. Anyone who brings you a dish explains it to you and that is awesome. We loved all of our food. My fav was this trumpet mushroom bite that was possibly the best thing I’ve eaten in my life. I said what I said. Importantly, I wouldn’t have noticed it if Brandi hadn’t mentioned it when she took us through the menu. If you’re looking for a once in a lifetime experience and a true food journey, check this place out. I’ve eaten at a few Michelin star places here and abroad and I can tell you this is that level of quality. The fish, the meat, the care and clear understanding of (and joy for) food comes through impeccably. The focus on service and experience is seamless and perfect. 1,0000/10.

Joe Schorre We had a wonderful experience today at lunch while driving through Navasota. My wife and I ordered the fried cheese curds as an appetizer and split the Ruben. I had a peach tea and my Wife had an Arnold Palmer. I have to say everything was amazing. The tea was fresh and flavorful. The cheese curds were the best we have ever had. The Ruben and fries were perfect. Portions were large enough for the 2 of us to fill up and have leftovers. Our server, Harper, was a delight. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and prompt. She even had the sandwich and fries brought out on 2 plates for us to split. Wonderful experience today. Thank you.

Ed Nichanian Finally got to try Tim Loves unassuming gem. Walking by you would miss this place with its rustic door. Once inside it is very masculine and more like a hunting lodge. The inside dining room is less smoky although it is quieter in the front where the bar is. Welcoming staff from the moment we walked in. 3 Managers came by to say hi and introduce themselves. Great, though expensive wine list. We had the Senegal Cab. A very interesting, game heavy, menu. We started with the Fettine Trio. A "Charcuterie board" of Duck/Rabbit/Rattlesnake sausage - Black Buck/Pork Belly - Texas Wild Boar. Super thinly sliced. You couldnt really appreciate the flavors. For 1st course we tried: the Kangaroo Nachos, Interesting but chewy. The Blue Corn-Lobster Hush puppies that were soft and pillowy but no Lobster flavor. The Fries Oysters were excellent as were the sticky sweet Wild Boar Ribs. I could eat a bowl of those. For Main course we had the Garlic stuffed Beef Tenderloin which was perfectly Medium and super tender and moist. The Rabbit Ravioli was flavorless with a light broth. Nothing exceptional as expected. The dish could have benefited from a nice reduction instead of the broth and actual pieces of Rabbit stuffing rather than the ragout. The Roasted TX mushrooms side was an excellent dish and great side to the Tenderloin. We finished with a great Ancho Chile decadent soft Chocolate Cake with a lovely Vanilla Ice Cream. A great night overall. Thanks for the great service Laura. Well be back.
