5 /5 Marcos Rodriguez: First time visit, there was a line of people waiting, we proceeded to sign in, but as we were only 2, we were seated immediately. We were just seated when Rudy walked by and greeted us and asked if our drink order had been taken, we said no and that it was our first visit. Rudy explained he was not our waiter, but took it upon himself to explain the menu and bring our drinks. Rudy did not have to do this. Hats off to him. Rudy exemplifies great customer service. Thanks again Rudy. Next came our waitress, Patty, she also took the time to explain the menu and gave us her favorite menu picks. We took her advice. I ordered the biggest breakfast plate, The Grizzly. It contains 2 sweet cream pancakes, I substituted them with french toast, 3 over easy eggs, 2 thick slices of bacon, 2 sausage links, & a smoked ham steak, and finally I selected a side of grits with cheese & bacon as per Pattys suggestion. Thanks Patty you were not wrong.I ordered the endless cup of coffee. Nicki selected the 2 egg classic combo, 2 over easy eggs, 4 slices of thick bacon, and the strip cut hash browns. She had the sweet tea.Needless to say the serving sizes are Definitely worth the price. The food was amazing, our compliments to the cooks. Finally after an amazing breakfast, the front manager, Ciara, came over to our table and greeted us. Ciara talked about the diner, inquired about our experience and thanked us for our visit. Regardless of how long this place has been around, it was our very first visit and it Will Not be our last. The friendliness and warmth of all the staff we encountered was genuine and sincere. They truly know the concept of Great customer Service. Thank you all. We will definitely be back. By the way Ciara, if we misspelled your name, sorry, as this is how we spell our daughters name.
