1 /5 Kelly Hansen: We may as well have gotten Whataburger. The food was average and the service was awful.
I called in my family’s order for takeout, but when I got back to my hotel room I noticed they neglected to include my daughter’s chicken tender meal. When I called the restaurant back, I was rudely told I could “just come back and get it”, because they do not deliver.
Upon returning, I was offered no further apology, so I asked for a refund on that missing item. The window server rolled her eyes but then took my card to process a refund.
I then said we were not given any condiments, which she (again rudely) replied “did you ask for any?” I was eventually given a few packets of ketchup and mustard/mayo containers, but this is the first place I’ve been to where they’re not automatically provided with a meal.
One last complaint. My husband ordered the Blue Sky Texas Cheesesteak, which was under the “sandwich” section…. But there was no bread (picture below). I had to buy a bun to make the meal into a sandwich.
Overall, mediocre food and awful customer service. Don’t bother wasting money here, you’re better off getting a fast food burger.
