2 /5 JS-Rock: Under new management. Children working the counter have NO CLUE how to do anything. Over $100 for two extra large pizzas and both were made wrong. Asked for meat lovers with mushroom and got 2 extra large with just mushrooms. Took over an hour to get our food. Do NOT go here and support the new management. They have zero clue how to do anything. Said they’d call us back and have yet to do so.
Edit: They are refunding us the difference so there’s that.

Management proactively reached out and refunded a significant portion of the total, nearly the full amount, in an effort to make things right. That follow through is genuinely appreciated and does show a willingness to listen and address customer concerns. Because of that effort, I have updated the review by one star to reflect their responsiveness and accountability after the fact.
That said, we have not returned since this experience, and this review is based on the service and product we actually received at the time of our visit. It would not be fair or accurate to raise the rating further or remove the review entirely based only on a monetary refund. Reviews exist to provide transparency for the community and to reflect real customer experiences, not just how issues are handled once something has gone wrong.
Additionally, a review posted shortly after ours suggests that the challenges we encountered may not have been isolated and that improvements are still ongoing. The intent of this review is not to discourage business without cause, nor to complain for the sake of complaining, but to provide honest, firsthand feedback that gives both future customers and management a clear picture of what is happening during this transition period.
If we choose to return in the future and experience consistent improvement in service, accuracy, and overall execution, I will be more than willing to update this review again to reflect that change.
