Boca Blanco - (Near Blanco, TX)

Lori D D In my opinion this is the best Mexican food in Crockett. We ate dinner and everything was very tasty. We had shrimp, beef tacos Al Carbon, queso and quesadillas. Everything, including the service and atmosphere, was great. The chips and salsa were great. I will return.

Tyler Collins Tried Komodo for the first time for my boyfriend’s birthday and we loved it!! Our entire experience was a 10/10. We went early around 5:30 and it was quiet and not very busy. Our waitress was so kind and brought us out champagne to celebrate. Our drinks were amazing and so was the food! Huge portions and everything was flavorful. We can’t wait to go back!

Mark French Its hard to find real food at real prices in this country in 2025. My visit here was just a classic neighborhood experience. Cozy place, great people, real ingredients. All done in a timely manner and executed at a high level. Itll be one of my regular visits.

Alejandra Landin We’ve been wanting to try Sidebar RGV for a while, and it was the perfect choice for date night. Leslie took amazing care of us from start to finish. The appetizers (tuna tower and empanadas) were absolutely delicious. I had the salmon, my husband had the lamb chops (which he loved), and the risotto was pure perfection. We couldn’t leave without dessert, so we tried the chocolate tres leches… worth every single calorie! Highly recommend.

Bailee Baird I was looking for a great sushi place for dinner tonight and I remembered the Kauboi opened last year and I was really excited to try it. The service was quick and the staff were very friendly the atmosphere was beautiful. The style is more focused on Japanese bbq but the sushi was impeccable! I have never had a mango roll so fresh in my life the only thing I can compare it to was eating mango in Hawaii! If you like tuna towers they have a great tower it was very delicious. The miso soup was another favorite similar to many miso soups I’ve had but somehow even better flavor with thinly sliced onions. And last, but not least we ordered the spicy garlic edamame. Emphasis on SPICY! I loved it! Overall a great experience and I’m excited to come back!
