The El Ray gave us a great selection of their meats at a reasonable price point. Their savory spice blend will bring a unique experience with each different type of meat you taste, and it pairs exceptionally with all of them. Without giving too much away, their sides also fit the function, with uniquely crafted options such as green chile Mac & cheese.
One thing that I will say I hope to see added to Boxcar would be better signage, guiding people to the line, and helping them to preview the menu before getting to the front. A small detail, but it can add to the experience.
