Brazos Grille at the Hilton Waco - (Near Waco, TX)

5 /5 Debbie Ewing: Sept. 23rd our Supper Club dined at the Brazos Grille located at the Hilton. Our group total was 22. I called the week before to make arrangements. My contact person was Patrick and he could not have been more helpful and assuring that they would be glad to have our group dine with them and looked forward to seeing us. From the time we arrived to the time we left we were treated top notched. Our table set up was beautiful, the food was delicious, the staff was cheerfully accommodating, and the chef came to our table to welcome us. If one wants a nice atmosphere to have dinner and conversation this is the place. Our group raved about the whole experience and we will be doing this again. .

5 /5 Shabnam: First, totally surprised as we eat in the empty restaurant at 730pm on a Saturday. Ill tell you why I do not understand this. 1. Service/Atmosphere: first, the views from the window table - fantastic. Overlooks the waco bridge and can people watch. Our server was neither overbearing nor absent. Just right. Anticipated our needs. 2. Food: One of the chefs, Jay, greeted us and personally made all of our food. My wife had the rosemary chicken. It was amazing. Chicken perfectly moist, tender, and full of flavor. Rice, full of flavor. Basically what Im saying is he can cook. I was lazy and had a burger but he even brought that to life. Dont skip the waffle fries, they are the bomb. (Forgot to take a picture of food itself so cropped to show). 3. Come here for a date night. You wont regret it. Still in disbelief its not packed.

5 /5 Rosey Day: How this place wasnt more busy is beyond me. The food is very good. My steak was cooked and seasoned excellently. Our server was quite young but knowledgeable and attentive. The atmosphere is somewhat upscale but very comfortable and the view from the window is of a lovely park bridge. We walked the bridge at dusk. Be aware of your surroundings in Waco in general. No reflection on the restaurant at all, simply a warning to travelers.
